This review is long overdue… I’ve been a customer of the Carter Street location in Daly City for over a year now. Joel, Ines and Joseph are great to do business they are knowledgeable of their location site, welcoming, and offer moving vans and trucks if needed. This location is clean and safe and even has a donation station on-site.
The only inconvenience for me is the semiannual rental increase, I am on a fixed income. My overall experience has been and continues to be a positive one. I highly recommend this location if you are by the Crocker-Amazon or Bayshore area. You will not be disappointed with the quality of service from management here.

FIVE-STAR SERVICE & FACILITY: Gavin & team have provided exceptionally patient & professional service without fail; service team is available by phone & on-site with ease & reliability. It would not be possible to provide more competent & compassionate service -- Security Public Storage in NW PDX offers a 180-degree experience the from large chain storage facilities (from prior experience). Their facility always is clean & great measures are taken to ensure all is safe & secure. Cannot more enthusiastically recommend!!

Have been storing with them since 2017. Great staff, clean facility, very helpful. Managers are always around to help with your needs. Would recommend anyone to store here.

Security Public Storage is a very clean organized and clean place. Staff is very outgoing friendly and always willing to answer my questions. This is one storage facility I would recommend.

This facility has proven itself time upon time to which I have been more than happy to say they are above par for the service which they provide. SPS in the city of industry is vertuous to say the least.

Love this place — clean facility, excellent security, and amazing staff. No hidden fees, easy access, and I always feel my items are safe here. Couldn’t ask for better service!

It’s always pleasure renting with them

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience here. The team in Oside are excellent. Elie secured the hold for my unit right away when I called, Alec accommodated me in seeing the unit before move in and Nicole helped get me situated on move in day. They run a tight ship, which is my way/preference; well-managed process flow and follow-up. You won't find people hanging around the place like other lesser managed facilities, it's clean, well monitored and secure. The location is also perfect for where I need. Recommend!

I recently rented a storage unit at this facility and my experience thus far has been really great. It's a new site so it's nice and clean and the staff have been really helpful.

Safe, reliable, and very efficient.

Very helpful front desk staff. They went out of the way to help us when we couldn't find the key to our storage unit. The storage unit in Bethesda is also very convenient to where we live in DC.

Their El Cerrito location is new, clean, and secure. I've had nothing but positive experiences so far.

The facility is clean and secure and conveniently located for those living in the city. And Charles, the site manager, is responsive, reliable and courteous.
