I can’t recommend Dean, Lewis (and George the apprentice) highly enough.

From the ‘heat survey’ through to hitting the ‘on’ switch they have been magnificent.

I’m told it wasn’t an easy build - big old house, awkward angles and so on, but the pump is up and running, the water is hot and the heating has been tested.

I’m almost looking forward to the winter!

We're so happy with our heat pump and the service from Dean and the team. They are true professionals and whilst it's an involved process in a retrofit like ours, the whole process was stress-free and easy!

The water pressure in our new system is incredible and we have lots of lovely hot water. I'm actually looking forward to the winter and having a lovely warm house! It's so far much better than I could ever have imagined. They listened to exactly what we wanted and did a fantastic job.

Dean, Lewis & co did an excellent job replacing my boiler with a Daikin heat pump. My 10 year old house has underfloor heating, so it was always annoying it came with gas. Even though it's -3 outside, the house just feels warmer - the floors are less cold, and my smart meter shows my bills are several pounds cheaper each day than in the first half of January. They also fixed up some rubbish recirculating plumbing that the developers put it that never worked correctly.

The team is professional. I can feel that they always work on the best effort basis to deliver a good service. Thanks again for your help.

Dean and Lewis fitted a new 'eco-fit pure' gas boiler for me on 7 March. They fitted me in quickly when my old boiler broke down, turned up when they said they would, and carried out the work efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. Really pleasant guys too. I've been using Dean for many years and he always delivers. A great job really well done!

These guys were top professionals - providing an efficient value for money service that you can trust. Managed a challenging job fitting a new boiler system, which required work to be completed with minimum disruption. Highly recommend.

Dean and Lewis installed an air source pump. They were referred to me from Daikin website. They was extremely professional and delivered all they promised in an efficient and timely manner. I had a few teething issues which they resolved with speed. I am so glad l used Daikin approved installers as it gave me assurance the job would be down correctly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. They are reliable and deliver as promised!!

Dean and Lewis did a great job replacing a Daikin unvented hot water cylinder. It had a problem with a leaking valve and corrosion on the old tank. And I was struggling to find someone to help. After initial contact the job was booked in quickly and even when the cylinder was ordered and it turned out to be too big, Lewis and Dean sorted the problem quickly and with minimal fuss. On the day of installation Dean did a great job even when the old ASHP system I have wouldn’t play ball with the new components. I would not hesitate recommending and using them for any further work. Dean even came back later on to follow up on how things were going. Awesome job.
