With an inadequate portal, no way to actually work out what you owe, its Anna that's been our anchor and kept us up to date with our current account position.

Worst supplier ever...Very Direct / Harsh
Customer service is rude and arrogant, like a neighbourhood bully. They operate through intimidation and threats like a mafia. They lure you in with a contract at extremely inflated rates and once you sign.
Their customer service behaves like street thugs — arrogant, rude and intimidating. They trap customers into signing contracts at outrageously high rates and then start operating like a mafia, using threats and pressure tactics like loan sharks. Avoid them completely. Do not deal with this company unless you want serious headaches.

Terrible company
Terrible company - been trying to sort bills out for months and months. I have removed meters and they continue to charge standing time despite being sent all evidence. Also charging commercial tariffs on residential properties.
