Can’t reset password, can’t login, doesn’t respond to email, or facebook. I don’t know the status of my order, been completely ghosted despite them having multiple ways to contact me.

The owner of this business is amazing. Very communicative before and after sales. He even expedited my package because I was only going to be in the USA for a limited time. He’s making a lot of Sega fans happy. Thank you!

Jeff is the best! Honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Had him look at my Japanese Sega Saturn for some repairs, he had things fixed quickly and even found another issue that I had no idea about! Will be bringing my console to him for all future repairs/mods.

Seller was very responsive, kind, and cared about my buying experience. Unlike other bad deals I had made on eBay, prices were more than reasonable and the Saturn gamepads I bought were in great shape and properly refurbrished, just as promised. Definitely my new go-to store for anything classic Sega peripherals!

Sega Replay did a great job. Jeff was thorough, communicative and did a great job answering questions and making recommendations. He had my childhood Dreamcast restored to working order by replacing the GD-ROM plus a couple extra modifications. I am now enjoying games just the way I was on Christmas of '99!

The game works as expected, and it came bundled and packed perfectly well. The item in question is very high quality, and it works perfectly on my Sega Saturn. I was really happy to add this little gem to my ever growing collection, and I highly recommend it to others who want to experience it. The game is basically not much more than a tech demo, but even still being able to play some type of a build on actual console hardware. I feel, especially with the given price tag, is definitely worth the price of admission alone.
