Very efficient service and good communication.

SEHBAC were easy to work with on the installation of our new front door. Would definitely recommend.

We had a replacement conservatory for our 30 year old one which had a poly carbonate roof. The new one is modern glass with great tilda turn opening windows. The salesman was great, not pushy at all, project manager great as were the installation team. They gave us 3 years int free credit on half the cost which was great, and paid balance on credit card for security purposes. All worked perfectly, very professional, very pleased with finished product, warranty is 10 years. It was a big spend for us and so a big decision who to use, and we are very happy. Many Thxs

We recently used SEH BAC to replace 9 windows and were very pleased with the service from start to finish. The window fitters John and Paul were excellent, very hard working and professional. Despite the freezing weather they worked non stop and always left the house clean and tidy. Thank you to both. Many thanks also to Gary who project managed and made sure all went smoothly. We thoroughly recommend this company with their ethos and great team.

Gav H arrived nice and early and fitted the door beautifully. All tidied up afterwards, explained how the door locked and the features. Lovely door and a job well done. Really pleased.

Our windows and patio doors needed to be replaced, and SEH BAC gave us a financially competitive quote and confidence that everything would run smoothly (which it did).

Our fitters, Tony & Mike, were fantastic throughout. They fitted the windows professionally, made minimal noise, and tidied up after themselves.

We visited the Colchester showroom, and were introduced to the sales director (Adrian) who talked us through some options. That very same day their sales rep Elliot Miller visited our property and measured up and gave great advice on our options. He was with us for as much time as we needed, and was very informative and engaging. We even chatted about his pokemon collection with my 11 year old.

It was a great customer service and we were very pleased to go ahead with our order - confirmed today!

I love the look, and design of the door. The fitter Gavin T, was meticulous on checking measurements, the alignment of the door, and adjustment of the locks. He was patient, and made sure that I could open and close the door with ease, before he left our premises. Unfortunately, when I tried to unlock the door after he left, I could not get it open. I rang the SEH/BAC office, and Gavin T returned immediately, gave me advice, made more adjustments and checked my actions to ensure I was able to use the key comfortably. The reason I had problems was because I have arthritis in my hands, so check with the sales rep, when you order, to ensure you do not have the same initial problems I had. All rubbish was removed, thankyou for leaving the area neat and tidy. Thankyou for making an excellent job with the door, Gavin T
