To be honest, I'm not sure what all the marketing is for. I've sent enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and even submitted the contact form on their website, but I've never received a reply.
Maybe it's because the properties I enquired about aren't the most expensive ones, but it's disappointing to have all my messages ignored.

I have been lucky to stay in two Séjour properties now, and have loved every second of each stay! The properties are stylish, functional, and in really great areas of London. When arranging each stay, Bernadett has been incredibly supportive and welcoming. I couldnt recommend Sejour enough :)
I feel so blessed to live here. The flat is stunning. Every element of design and comfort has been carefully planned. The security system, AC system, TV art screen, appliances, trash removal, customer service, branding, digital card, make this experience unique and outstanding.

I’ve been living in one of Sejour Living’s properties in London for nearly two years, and my experience has been excellent from the beginning.
The flat itself is beautiful, stylish, and finished to a very high standard. The furnishings, appliances, and overall design feel premium and well thought out, which has made it a genuinely enjoyable place to live. The property has been well maintained throughout my tenancy, and I’ve always felt comfortable and at home here.
I’d also like to give special thanks to Roland. He has always been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. Whether it was a question, a maintenance issue, or any general support, he was always quick to help and made the whole renting experience smooth and stress-free.
After almost two years in the property, I can honestly say that I’m very happy living here and would highly recommend Sejour Living to anyone looking for a quality home and excellent service.

Excellent management, one of the best I have worked with in London after 12 years on living in the city. Highly recommend.
I truly love my flat and Séjour has been super pleasant to deal with. The space is perfect for me and the area is so central and close to the tube which is why I picked this spot. Overall very happy!

I met the team of Séjour for the first time last week together with CityRelay, the agency I am renting from in Earl's Court. Bernadett was very friendly and polite, and she told me about their new approach to building a sense of community in households. Bernadett also took the time to ask about my interests for their research, which I appreciated. Séjour, from what I understood, works alongside CityRelay and focuses on creating a welcoming environment for residents.
They invited me to their first activity HIIT session, and I really liked the idea. After 8 months as a tenant I can say with confidence that their service has been excellent.
