This watch is fantastic
This watch is fantastic, so much better than my old one, with blood pressure and even a weather app. The text size is bigger and easier to read. I love the watches band. It may even take one of the apple bands when this one wears out. Love This Watch.

Can't return
I ordered a smart watch / glucose meter that is not tracking accurate to a blood glucose meter. I emailed them for a return but have not heard anything back from them.

Communication Channels need improvement.
Shipping method was said to be standard (3 to 7Days) but arrived around the 20th.
Although the company kept me informed of delay, the email was addressed to a certain "NORMAN", which is not me. I tried sending emails to their support email and also through their website, I could not. It said:
Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

554: 5.7.1 support-sejoystore: Recipient address rejected: user support-sejoystore does not exist.
I also tried the CHAT method, but with no success. I finally received the watch. I am happy with the product and works as described.

Watch inaccurate health parameters.
I really like that the watch monitors so many health parameters. The app for my iPhone that I use with it is a little glitchy and not consistent. The scales on the watch and in the app for the health parameters need to be better and more clear. The battery lasts nearly 2 days on a full charge and also charges quickly. I was not so sure of the accuracy of the sensors information. When I went to my doctor’s and used the equipment there, I found out that the health parameters information the watch presents is not at all accurate. I am very disappointed.

VERY DISAPPOINTING
Have only had the smart warch a few days. Fantastic to be able to track my blood glucose so easily. However, I'm having trouble recharging. There is no signal to tell if the watch is actually charging and no signal to tell when it is charged. Currently I am unable to use it because it won't turn back on. I assume it hasn't charged when it should have been. Very disappointing.
