Never received order. Never heard from them again after I reported that I hadn't received my order

Selar is one of the best companies i have worked with as an Affiliate Marketer... especially with the way they respond to their customers very friendly and i am really happy about that

My experience with Selar has been nothing short of frustrating and unethical. I used the platform to process payments for a group of over 20 individuals, and the funds have been pending for nearly 4 weeks with no clear path to resolution.

The Pain Points:

No Sincerity or Security: There is no transparency regarding where my money is or why it is being held.

Lackadaisical Support: I have raised multiple complaints via email, but their support team has become completely incommunicado. They ignore requests for updates or timelines.

No Defined Route to Payment: Despite asking for a definite date for settlement or an update on the resolution process, I have been met with silence. There is no intervention mechanism for users facing financial loss.

This level of negligence is unacceptable. They are holding funds belonging to multiple people without any accountability. If you are looking for a reliable payment platform, do not use Selar. They have proven that they cannot be trusted with customer funds or complaints. I am now forced to escalate this to consumer protection agencies.

They are very prompt in their response. A payment I made for a course didn't reflect and I couldn't access the course. They didn't leave halfway but helped me and went the extra mile to reach out the vendor. Very respectful. I recommend them. Whatever your problem is, they're willing and capable of helping.

I was unable to make a purchase because it did not accept my credit card. I contacted Support and they enabled PayPal for me. The purchase was simple after that. Correspondence with Support was excellent through the process.

customer service is spot on. I love how transparent they are and the care they put in to ensure their customers are satisfied. Best e commerce platform from store settings, to product sales, everything is seemless.

I am so grateful to have started this great journey with Selar. Every doubt is removed. You communication via emails is so amazing. You respond and assist quickly. The follow ups to failed purchases pushes the business. I am so impressed

Poor customer service

Their responses are very quick and fast I like it. But am concerned about the payout it takes through alot before receiving it. Apart from that everything is good
