I have been taking Selaura supplements for 9 months now and I would highly recommend these little capsules of wellness!
Personally, I have seen a dramatic improvement in my sleep and hence general well-being. I have also experienced a lot less bloating which is a huge benefit for me. I am definitely overcoming the emotional rollercoaster my cycle can bring and I feel that overall, I am a lot calmer and more in control.
The customer service is superb! @selauraladies are super efficient at enabling any request and always on hand for friendly advice.
Finally, the luxurious packaging just completes the perfect supplement! Highly recommend!

I was at a really low point - not sleeping, not happy, angsty, anxious and just not feeling like me at all! I found out about Selaura and thought I’d give it a go. I don’t usually take supplements nor had read much about the pre-menopause, let alone considered that my brain fog and physical lethargy might have had anything to do with it. So, I was really amazed at the positive impacts of taking Selaura.
