They said it could take 10 days to manufacture the custom blinds and ship. However, I got them in 4 days. Thank you kindly Select Blinds. Good job.

The actual blind fit great but the casing around the blind didn’t fit properly. I ended up having to use liquid nails to keep it on.

FedEx returned the shades to the seller because packaging was damaged. Every day I call customer service and they tell me they will get back to me with a resolution within 24 hours. It’s been over a week. Despite numerous calls no one has told me if and when I can expect my shades. They refused to give me a refund.

Blind is well made. Liked that I could order exact width and length needed. But there is a small hole, about a 1/4" where one reed is broken at the stitching. Not very noticeable. And I didn't want to deal with the back forth needed for a replacement. Didn't see it until I had already hung the blind.

We have purchased from Select Blinds several times and have been very pleased every time. That is why we used them again this time Excellent again. Thank you!

Came on time. Easy to install

The order I received did not work. The blinds I received pop out when using the motorized feature causing a potential hazard. They fly out of the bracket and almost have hit me multiple times. I purchased a remote for reach blind and they are synching with both the blinds in separate rooms, despite clearing it and attempting multiple times. I have reached out many times to receive support and have not received any. They sent me another order of the blinds but they are doing the same thing instead of giving me either an option to purchase another model and/or a return. The remotes I was told should sync to only one blind but it is not working out. The directions that come with the remote are not helpful. For almost $500, I am very dissatisfied. How can you sell a program that is about to hurt someone physically?

I love my blinds. They were easy to install.

We bought 8 blinds to start replacing 25-year-old blinds from when we bought our home in 2000. We love the huge selection and styles. The web site is incredibly easy to use and place an order. The prices are very good compared to other vendors. The blinds are very easy to install and the instructions are excellent. We will be buying more in the future.

I love the quality of these blinds - and being able to get exactly the sizes I need makes using SelectBlinds a no brainer!

Good product, good experience, good price, and quality

The directions were very faded and hard to see. The cord that is supposed to attach to the wall doesn’t make any sense and we just left it free hanging, but it’s not actually functional.

The ordering process was easy! I measured entered the information and within 3 -4 weeks I received blinds! They are a perfect for the kitchen, easy to install! Great product, great price!

I’m overall satisfied with my purchase from SelectBlinds. The quality of the roller shade is very good — the material feels durable, the color matches perfectly with my space, and it looks clean and modern once installed.

However, the main downside is the amount of light that comes through the sides. Even though I provided the exact measurements of my window frame, there are noticeable gaps between the frame and the shade. This allows more light in than I expected and makes the window behind still quite visible.

I also chose their no-drill Easy Install (Easy Click) system. While it’s a great idea in theory, installation was more difficult than expected due to the size of the shade. I ended up needing help from another person to get it properly installed.

Aside from those issues, I’m happy with the product overall — just wish the fit was tighter for better light coverage.

Easy to measure, great fit and good quality.

Although the motorized blinds work well, the set up process was somewhat challenging because of lack of detail on how to install.

Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Black out shades were cheap, huge gap that let in light. Called customer service who were not helpful whatsoever. 0/5 experience

Always have loved these blinds. Have already placed another order. Am slowly getting new ones for all of my windows.
