It took about one year to get my policy. An ongoing series of failed communication, unreturned calls, lost information. It was horrible. Very nice and pleasant people, but a terrible way to run a business.

I was able to get insurance, but the final price was much more than I was originally quoted, even though I was honest from the outset about my medical history.

You were very communicative and resourceful. Helped me along with the process and got me a very good rate.

Accessing medical records was ridiculous- not completely on Banner but still intrusive. I understand why, but I was upfront and honest.

I started this process early February, with a start date that we didn't know because it has to coincide with a business loan. I received the closing date 3 week before closing (March 18). I let the company know that it needs to be in place by the 8th for closing. I was told the only thing needed was the closing date so that is what I provided. I heard nothing for a week after the 18th so I emailed. The I was told they needed something else now, so I sent it, then they said they needed one more piece of information which i sent, and I kept iterating that it needed to be in place by the 8th as to not affect my close. Still nothing from the company. On the 1st I stated emailing again asking about the paperwork for close and was told it is being escalated and nothing happened. I emailed on the 5th and nothing so I called the 6th and again they said it had to be escalated, and nothing, so the 7th I called again, they transferred me to my "agent" who basically acted like I had never said I wanted the policy. I have never spoken to this person before and didn't know they existed. So that whole thing was completely untrue based on multiple emails and calls I had made. He said no problem in a few hours we'll send you a docusign and you will be good to go. A few hours later on the 7th I got an email that said in 2-3 days I will get the docusign and then get the policy. I had to go into the close and convince the bank that I had a policy and I would have it in a few days so they would let me close on this loan. If I could have, I would have stopped the process with SelectQuote and started it with someone else but unfortunately, that was not possible and thankfully the bank understood that these companies are incompetent.

They took the time to listen to my needs and walk me through the process for the best rate. I would recommend them.

Clarity and succint information, but at times persistant calls interrupted my work day.
