Very pleased with service

Melissa was a pleasure to work with she helped me with all my needs and was very professional

The agent listened to me as I described the issues I had with previous healthcare plans. He went over a plan with me that seemed to meet all my needs in terms of copays, my docs being in network, and lastly went over my prescription plan, preferred pharmacy, etc. I also checked to see if I could still use the laboratory I am currently using, and learned that I could. All in all, my agent spent nearly 2 hours with me on the phone. He and I exchanged follow-up calls to go over any questions I might have, and to make sure I was satisfied with the plan, and if I thought it would work for me.

Phone system needs alot of work keep on phone to long

I am forced to move at end of year, because source of coverage is no longer available in January. It was a long haul to find right coverage back then. I really thought ohhh no have to navigate all over. But no my agent was so extremely help. Thank God, made what I thought would be a nightmare. Very easy. Thank you

My agent was grea! She wasn’t pushy, just kept looking until she found the advantage plan that covered all my needs. She was Kind and patient with my questions and gave me info I could use to make the right choices.
