The Self Concept Group provides excellent theory presented in easy-to-follow videos, along with practical exercises that help you apply what you learn. I also appreciate having access to coaches and a supportive community that are always willing to answer questions as they arise.

What I value most is the strong emphasis on actually doing the practices rather than just learning the concepts intellectually. Reflecting on and sharing the insights that come from the exercises has been a powerful part of the process for me.

What has made the experience so special for me with the workshops has truly been the community. The support, promptness and inviting energy from everyone inside the community has made the transformations within so much faster than anything I have tried in the past 5 years. I appreciate having so many opportunities throughout the day and week to practice with other people & witnessing the breakthroughs happening in real time. This has made the integration of all the information so much more effective. Being a part of this community has also shifted my state from being in a depressed, hopeless state when I first joined to now being optimistic, joyful and another level of appreciation.

The self-concept group offers a LOT more than what they promise.

In addition to the Classroom recordings that teach Steve Andreas' NLP model in great detail, at your own pace, they also have 13 Foundation tracks led by qualified instructors where all students' questions are answered individually to ensure full understanding of the model with guided learning through the practice of the various techniques that make the self-concept work. Even the founder, Damon Cart, who was mentored personally by Steve Andreas, leads his own set of foundation tracks, answering questions and providing guidance; it really doesn't get any Better than that and everybody can attend the Zoom calls as many times as they chose to do so.

They also offer pod calls where instructors go in more detail with the process elements and offer even more personalized attention to students. Sophisticated techniques such as imprinting or addressing stubborn resistance are practiced with students that help everybody even more as far as bypassing their individual limitations.

Then, to top it all off, they have Projects of Change, where self-concept qualified coaches put everything together, they are actually transforming all participant's qualities from the beginning to the end and lets them do all the work under their guidance and leadership, as well as addressing all participant's sticking points with a great deal of care and compassion. They spend as much as 3 hours per session to make sure ALL participants complete their transformations, within the context of their choosing, while going into extreme detail in each case until transformation is done right.

An interactive online community is provided for students to post their wins or to ask any technical questions related to the process and NLP workshops are brought monthly where Damon shares even more NLP wisdom while occasionally inviting guests that bring even more NLP expertise to the table.

It is the Best hub for personal change presented in a way that generates permanent identity shift in everybody that shows up; nothing out there comes even close. It is also a healing center, more than just learning.

Everything that's available out there as far as meditation, "mastery" or "manifesting" only offers the illusion of change due to techniques that do nothing more than temporarily disturb brain's structure while the individual reverts long-term to the old habits, with very little progress made, just a temporary euphoric state mistaken for change.

With the appropriate use of the self-concept NLP model, the participant shows up in the way of his new identity every day and his/her new qualities installed only add more strength to already available strength with permanent, long-term benefits that come with following the process of installing more and more beneficial qualities to one’s self-concept.

It's NOT a temporary fix.

The self-concept model identity change is a long-term positive, permanent change that generalizes to all aspects of life and that has continuity across time and space in a feed-forward system directed towards the future.

Lots of content offered, and from what I can see dedicated, genuine and driven practitioners as well as really good communication and support. I liked that it feels more authentic, less packaged compared to the other NLP programs i looked into. Very reasonably priced as well.
As someone who is continually learning, taking workshops and classes I am very happy with my choice to get started on this new journey.

Title: Misleading “Free Trial”, Charged Early, Then Banned Without Refund

My experience with the Ultimate NLP Practitioner program was extremely disappointing and concerning.

When I enrolled, the subscription was presented as “Try For Free” under a monthly plan. Based on this presentation, it was reasonable to understand that the free trial would last for the full monthly period before any charges occurred. However, I was charged €28.74 after only one week, without any clear prior disclosure that the trial was limited to seven days.

When I contacted support to clarify and request a refund due to this misleading presentation, I was told that they “never offered a one-month trial,” despite the way the offer was presented on their website.

More concerning, after raising this issue and requesting clarification, I was banned from the community platform entirely, losing access to the program while they kept my money. This means I was charged and then denied access to the service.

Additionally, much of the initial content consisted of publicly available YouTube videos, with limited structured curriculum or supporting materials, which did not match the professional training experience that was implied.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the program’s transparency and professionalism.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering this program take screenshots of all trial terms and billing conditions before signing up, and carefully monitor their billing.

Based on my experience, the trial terms were not communicated clearly, and the handling of my case after raising concerns was unprofessional.

I hope the company will improve its transparency and customer treatment in the future.

PS. If you want to ensure a clear communication, WHY you add a small 7 days just in the checkout page, while everything else before makes you think is a 30 days free trial? That's cheap strategic and disgusting, coming from a NLP trusted personality.

Update: At no point did the company disclose that accepting a “support call” would void the 30‑day unconditional refund guarantee. A guarantee cannot be silently replaced with coaching, and a consumer cannot waive rights they were never informed they were waiving. If feedback was the goal, it should have been requested after honoring the refund, not used as a condition to block it. They failed to honor their 30 days guarantee. They advertise : no question asked, but instead they channeled into " coaching calls" as a retention practice without disclosing that accepting the call will waver your right to the guarantee.

Very helpful, honest and communicative, and, which is rare, caring. I feel safe to communicate, write about what I go through and I get replies. Also, they keep in their promise (when they said they'd call, they do). Appreciated!!
