I got my teeth done a year ago with this company, I travelled from London.
Mustafa, who organised my treatment is such a genuine gentleman that does everything to make sure you are happy, comfortable and feel safe, nothing was any trouble, he listens to understand and explains what’s going to happen throughout the process.
After getting the treatment details i was given the rest of the day to process and make my decision.
Started the treatment and was given regular breaks which was good, nothing was painful, i was comfortably numb and had paracetamol.
My dentist was also fully informative, helpful and considerate.
The dental assistant even took me to the shop to find gluten free bread 😁
All staff are friendly, approachable and helpful.
I now have a beautiful set of teeth and the sensory euphoria of being able to eat with a full set is remarkable!
I really couldn’t recommend them enough, second to none as they say.

From the moment I registered my interest in treatment to the completion of the first part of my dental work, the staff were friendly, professional, supportive, and always available to answer questions.

Just returned to the Uk after a perfect experience in the hands of Selim and the other dentists at Pro Estetik. Mustafa the coordinator organised seamless and easy transfers from the hotel for the week and helped with anything extra we needed. I had general dentistry done to resolve existing problems with my teeth (root canal) and then had a full smile created with zirconium crowns. During the whole process I was kept comfortable and pain free. I wanted a very natural look and was listened to and the result is absolutely amazing. This was a life changing experience and I wholeheartedly recommend Pro Estetik if you need any dental work xxx

From the moment we chose the clinic we couldn’t be happier. Communication with Mustafa the coordinator completely put our minds at ease and he explains everything that would be happening. From arrival in Izmir airport he dealt with everything including the hotel and all transport we needed. The dentist advised us on what shape and colour would look best and he helped us make the right choice. Husband had 24 crowns fitted and they look absolutely amazing. We wish we had done this years ago.

Went and got my teeth done and what can I say. the staff are so friendly and the clinic is absolutely amazing they make you feel so comfortable and at ease talked me through every step of the way and can’t do enough for you and the end result was amazing I would highly recommend this place to anyone one so if you are thinking about getting your teeth done then look no further trust me you won’t be disappointed I’m not they even cleaned my partners teeth while we was there and gave us an amazing price so I would just like to thank everyone at pro Estetik you are all amazing

The team at Pro Estetik were amazing. I was really apprehensive about having my my teeth done but the talked me through the whole process from the minute I messaged to the end.

You get choose you tooth colour and shape and anything you’re unhappy with you can have changed to suit.

The dental nurses were lovely and friendly and Mustafa was always on hand to answer messages.

All transfers were booked and on time.

I went to pro estetik in izmir for all on 4 top and bottom. I had the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experiences on these visits. I got my finals in Feb this year and have been left with so many problems. It's now October and I have an off bite that causes me to speak funny. The bite has also caused teeth to chip and constantly bite my mouth/lips. The filler for the holes fell out within days. I have an implant on the bottom that sticks out from the prosthetic causing irritation to the tongue and gum. My messages to the rep stopped being opened on the 25/04/2025 so they have left me like this by choice

Klinik wo ich war war unhigienisch,alles war kaputt und unsteril! Labor kann überhaupt nichts! Arzt der mir Implantate gemacht hat der war gut!Übersetzerin war unverschämt die wollte nicht alles Übersetzen,von wegen wozu brauchst du das zu wissen,hallo ich habe Geld bezahlt! Abzocke würde ich sagen! Und noch was ich glaube die zwei Übersetzerin die dort arbeiten,ob die wirklich da arbeiten??Oder Geld kassieren! Dann bekommst du keine Papiere für Implantate,nichts!Also vorsichtig!

The personal attention received was second to none. Dr Pin is a perfectionist and I am so very delighted with the outcome and empathetic treatment and care given by this clinic. I would highly recommend.

Let's be honest - having any work done on your mouth is not fabulous - it's uncomfortable and it's sore. Pro Estetik Dental Clinic - managed the process and pain with so much care and professionalism. I didn't feel like a number in the big machine. I received personal care and everthing along the way was explained and great patience shown when I felt I needed a minute.
My week is Izmir was made a lot easier - constant messages with daily collection times from the hotel. My teeth look SO natural, both in colour and shape. Would highly recommend them. I had a root canal, bridge and a crowns done.

I am a uk resident & I travelled to Pro Estetik in Izmir on a recommendation of a friend who was also treated there.
The service I received from start to finish has been exemplary. Mustafa who coordinates everything asked me to send him pictures of inside my mouth & I was given a treatment plan & a quote.
On arrival I found all the staff to be extremely friendly & the clinic was first class. All transfers from airport to hotel & hotel to dentist & back again were pre arranged by Mustafa so there was no worries about getting to & from anywhere. I was made aware of each daily appointment time in the morning by Mustafa so there was no rushing around to be ready on time for the driver to pick me up.
I had a full mouth restoration & due to bone loss in my upper jaw I needed to have zygomatic implants put in to place. These implants were screwed up in to my cheek bones & this saved on having bone graft & a lengthy healing process before normal implants could be placed so there was only 4 months between both my visit's.
Zygomatic implants have to be placed under sedation so I was sedation throughout the whole process & I didn’t feel a thing.
The majority of the work I had done was performed by Dr Selim with the help of a surgeon for the zygomatic implants & required 2 separate visits over a period of 4 months.
I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Selim & the work that he does. He put my mind at ease about everything & always made sure that I was comfortable & fully understood every part of the procedure.
The work that he performed on me was superb. His attention to detail in making sure everything is perfect is unquestionable. He was extremely thorough in his work & settles for nothing less than perfection.
I 100% felt like the whole process was about me & making sure I left the clinic with a perfect smile & bite & everything else came second to that.
The one to one service I received from this clinic was excellent.
I will be returning in the near future with my partner so she can get her teeth done as well purely based on everything I have written in this review.

5* For Pro Estetik - Had a smile makeover 15 veneers and 1 crown on a broken tooth that had previously been root filled. Very clean and modern dental practice, very friendly and professional staff (Dr Pinar especially). Mustafa was very helpful organising all the transfers to and from the clinic and airport. So pleased with the results no more misalignment at the bottom and yellow colour.

Great team of people, communication was great from start to finish! Mustafa was amazing 🤩 myself and my husband are both so happy with our new teeth would highly recommend! Thank you Pro Estetik x

I’m impressed with the skills employed in designing the best method to rectify my pretty wretched set of teeth at Pro Estetik.
The entire team from the arranged taxis to the end product is as good as it gets. However, it is a process of some endurance which is obviously subjective but the team to their very best to reduce any pain by way of injections/pain meds.
Their integrity regarding money handling is the best I’ve ever dealt with for anything anywhere, honesty beyond question. Completely fair minded.
It has taken 2/3 weeks for my mouth to fully settle down after root fillings and a full set of crowns but I am truly delighted with the end result.
Well worth the money. Highly recommend.

It is in my nature to be sceptical, so taking a trip abroad to undergo this procedure provoked some anxiety. However, upon arrival in Turkey, every aspect of the care and services provided by the Pro-Estetik team was very professional. Now that the procedure is completed, I can say, unreservedly, that I am also very satisfied with the outcome. Aesthetically, they look fantastic! Most importantly though, is that for the first time in many years, I am now able to eat whatsoever I like pain free.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Transfers always on time . A very polite helpfully driver . A lovely clinic spotlessly clean.
The dentist was amazing and put my husband at ease during treatment. He had extensive treatment and any concerns or worries we had were answered immediately. He had his smile makeover for this visit completed in 4 days and he is extremely happy with his results so far . We will return after 6 months to have implants fitted at the back . Mustafa the Co ordinator was absolutely brilliant so helpful and we enjoyed our trip look forward to return.

Selim Bilgin really listened to what I wanted and incorporated his experience in terms of the practicality of my teeth to what I wanted with aesthetics. Nothing was too much for any of the team, given plenty of time to debate what I wanted and even when I felt I was ready, they were very particular about rectifying anything that might be annoying for me down the line. Multiple consultations, easy communication and no hidden fees. Their driver was impeccable, almost like having a tour guide for free! An exceptional company- honest about treatment needed and manage expectations throughout. I’d never have my mouth in anyone else’s hands!
