I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the opportunity to share my positive experience with Seller Champ. I truly believe that Seller Champ is one of the best e-commerce & retail software for online businesses in the industry. Their team is incredibly dedicated and always goes the extra mile to help customize the system to ensure your success on multiple marketplaces.

I have been a loyal user of Seller Champ for over 3 years now, and I consider them to be like family to me. I am excited to report that our business has seen amazing growth of over 500% from 2022 to today, and much of this success can be attributed to Seller Champ. The software is user-friendly, easy to set up, and offers a wide range of tools. Seller Champ is also able to accommodate any unique API features you may need to improve your business.

Also, they offer video conference calls to assist you whenever you need help. I can't think of any negatives, and I plan to continue using Seller Champ for as long as possible. Thank you for everything!

Everything went wrong. They can not do what they claim they can do. Connections are poor. Customer service doesn't seem to understand the program any more than I do. Inventory continues to get screwed up, which causes sales for items we no longer have. Which causes cancelations, and suspension of you accounts. So if you want to destroy your company and livelihood Seller Champ is the company for you, otherwise STAY AWAY!!

Our experience with SellerChamp has been nothing but frustrating. From the start, promised services were delayed or not delivered, severely impacting our sales. Weekly calls with their team, including Victor, only led to more excuses and empty assurances of compensation. Even after raising issues for months, including serious software flaws and lack of functionality, little progress was made. Their team took our feedback and eventually incorporated it into their software, but these fixes arrived too late for our needs.

Billing transparency was non-existent, particularly with Easypost charges, leaving us in the dark about costs. When we sought a refund, they initially agreed, yet no compensation has been provided. We chose SellerChamp to simplify our operations, but they’ve only added to our challenges. Buyer beware – they promise a lot but deliver very little.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR MESSAGE, YOU WILL GET VERO IF YOU USE THEIR LISTING SOFTWARE. THEY ARE SCRAPING COPYRIGHTED DATA AND PAWNING IT OFF AS AI.

I REPEAT, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ACCOUNT DISABLED, DO NOT LIST WITH SELLERCHAMP.

We have been using their services for several years and for whatever reason their software stopped working around April of 2023. We patiently waited almost 6 months and finally gave up. Worst part was that they refused to give us a refund. That's called stealing!!!

Disastrous and a waste of a week and many hours. even their own "Tech" team couldn't figure it out. And when I finally got listings to cross from Etsy to Ebay....what a mess and, miss matched data and omissions as well as a waste of listing fees. I lost money and time. Another cross lister that cannot live up to what it says it can do.

In my opinion, the 14 day free trial is a scam. SellerChamp required a paid subscription before they would do anything. In their free trial offer, they state, "you get full access to the product and you get full access to our team" - this is false. In addition, they did not provide the service promised to me. After signing up, it took them more than two months to get my feeds set up. That only occurred after I'd had enough and I requested them to cancel the service (you can not cancel without them providing you a link). I experienced what I would call "bait and switch" tactics. Though they mentioned no limit on SKUs, they required an additional $300 per month for a dedicated server because they claimed I had too many SKUs. Overall, I would say the service was subpar. Often delayed and never fixed in one shot. I would not recommend SellerChamp.

Using SellerChamp for almost a year now and can't begin to say great things about it. Its priced extremely fairly and I use it to list on eBay.
