Sell my drones is fantastic, the service from Ron is absolutely faultless, from the beginning after my initial enquiry he has been totally honest upfront about the companies process and nothing is touch much trouble for him. I inherited two drones (DJI Mavic Pro and DJI Mavic Cine) and all the kit to go with them and didn’t have a clue where to begin when it came to selling them. I wanted to sell my DJ Mini SE Fly More Combo, it’s literally brand new but I never found time to fly it.
I thought about selling on Facebook Marketplace or eBay, but didn’t want the hassle that comes with it.
I emailed Ron @ Sell My Drones and immediately received a quote for my DJI Mini SE. I was happy with the amount quoted and immediately posted it.

Late on Sunday evening, I decided it was time to reduce my expanding stable of drones by 2.

I came across the 'SellMyDrones' site on the following morning's search of potential buyers and was pleasantly surprised at the quote I received, which included a contribution to postage costs.

My contact via email was with 'Ron,' and Ron could not have been more helpful - immediate response to my questions with a no messing no quibble approach.

I packed everything up on the Tuesday, and sent it off by 'next day' courier service.

Today Wednesday Ron emailed to say he'd received my drones, checked them, and made immediate payment of the agreed quote by bank transfer.

As a retiring commercial drone operator (PfCO/GVC/OA) with a fleet of five rotary-wing and one fixed-wing SUAS, I conducted considerable research before contacting SellMyDrones, hoping to sell the entire fleet to a single buyer.

To my surprise, I received a positive response from Ron, the affable gentleman I dealt with. Contrary to my expectations, there was no attempt to devalue any of the SUAS. From the beginning, Ron offered a realistic value, considering he is a reseller and not an end-user. Consequently, I was happy to sell the entire fleet.

Ron even offered to assist with the shipping charges. However, due to the bulk of the equipment, I opted to deliver them in person despite the 500-mile round trip.

SellMyDrones has a well-deserved 5-star rating, which I fully endorse and would recommend to everyone without reservation.

Smoothest process there is. I dealt with Ron, gave me a quote for my drone and explained the process and how he came to the price quoted. I sent the item next day and it arrived just before 1pm, by 2pm it had been tested and I received the money by bank transfer immediately. Honestly was expecting the price to be knocked down once they received it but these guys are so genuine. I wish them every success.

I had an Avata 2 drone that I had bought, used a few times and then realised that It wasn't my type of flying (mini 3 pro type auto videos/photos once you have lined up the things that look good rather than the Avata 2s full FPV place, where you can't just sit there, focus in on a place etc etc) and contacted Sell My Drones (available at wwwdotsellmydrones.co.uk) to ask what sort of price they would be likely to offer.

Within 2 hours of putting in my request via the website, I had an email from Ron, where he set out the price he was able to pay, the reasons why, including the charges he received, and VAT he had to pay (I checked all of the figures and information that Ron told me, against HMRC, and the information matched exactly. Due to this, and seeing the positive feedbacks on Ron on various UK drone buying selling sites, every single review of which was backed up, and accepted the payment he was willing to offer.

I received my offer, and courier'd it to wwwdotsellmydrones.co.uk, unfortunately it appears as tho I underpaid the postage, despite my local collection place measuring and telling me it was all within scale. Ron understood completely, accepted that it wasn't on purpose, and followed the courier tracking. He happily went to his local delivery place, and paid the overcharge. It has now been delivered, Ron sent me a confirmation within 5 minutes of receiving it, he tested at and informed that was what he was going to do. Within 2hours, Ron had tested the drone, he had confirmed it was in the situation I told him in advance, and the payment for the drone was in my account. Ron kept me informed, he went out of his way, and kept his promises. I would support Ron, especially around drones, and his just general demeanour, and follow through on his promises. As promised I am writing to update my recent experience with Ron and his company. He has delivered on all counts. I was apprehensive selling my drone online after a bad experience with another company but Sell My Drone have kept their word on all counts. They kept me updated at every step and paid on time, in fact the money was in my account in just a little over 3 hours after Royal Mail notified me that they had delivered it to Ron and his team! Yes you read it correctly, just over 3 hours, now that is what you call service!

Fast efficient service from Ron and the team who offered me a great price for my used drone, assessed it upon receipt and then transferred the money to my bank account immediately. Great service and highly recommended.
