I believe that the timing was advertised on the site was very misleading, it wasn't 1.5 days after processing it was 3-4, and another 3-4 to get the verification through (which itself was a convoluted process). I understand that me being overseas added complexity but the emails back and forth were wasteful when it was never an overseas transfer. I am an Australian with an Australian Bank, ABN, TFN, postal address etc.I just happen to stay partly in Bali. On the form and international number was offered, and no disclaimer that this would lengthen the process. Having the MD call me and sell the service was a little unnecessary when the ID verification was straightforward. That all aside, the day and a half was false advertising. Even if things had gone smoothly, the all other parts of the process took multiple days. I believe if the customer service was clear about the timing and over performed not underperformed it would be far better. Yes one part of your process was supposed to be a day and a half (and it wasn't, once my shares were sold, it then took four days to hit an Australian account). I would otherwise highly recommend the service but the timing mismatch and the lengthy sales verification call (considering I was also the client, not doing anyone a favour) took away from the service.
