I have used SYBT.com and quite honestly, can't think of anyone else I would have wanted to deal with.

I would firstly like to make it known, dealing with Rob and then Paddy, was an absolute pleasure.

I'm just a rider not a mechanic and in being offered a price for my bike, accepted the initial offer.

Upon inspection, Paddy found some pretty damning issues which gave him no choice but to adjust the price accordingly.

My point is here, that this was done with the upmost respect and Paddy's integrity. His knowledge, second to none.

Ultimately, what I'm saying is this. If you have a bike to sell, I would not look any further because this is a company that clearly knows how to treat its customers. Instant payment made within seconds too.

For my part, I'm totally embarrassed to have bulled up the mechanic/company that has taken hundreds of pounds off me for the bikes maintenance, only to make me look a fool by allowing me to ride a bike that wasn't roadworthy.

I cannot recommend the services that have been provided to me this evening by Paddy.

The team were completely up front in relation to the offer. Harry contacted me with an exact time for collection and was within a minute of that time.

He checked the bike and the bits. An updated offer was made which I accepted. Harry is a typical Yorkshire lad. Honest as the day is long with a great personality!

This company made offers to buy my bike for top money to get my business , however be very careful they rip you off when they turn up eg they offered me £2,700 for my bike which was in immaculate condition , when the guy turned up he IMMEDIATELY started to knock money off the offer price eg he said it needed new tyres , IT DIDNT, he said it had been poorly resprayed , it was as it was as it come out of the BMW factory ! , he said that it needed a major service , It had a full service history etc etc EVERYTIME he mentioned something he took £100 off the offer price !!!! He then offered me only £2,100 of the original quote of £2,700 ! I had to negotiate hi, up again but sold it for only £2,300. Be very aware , they offer top prices but when they get to you they use EVERY AINGLE EXCUSE to knock you down on price , I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!!!!!
