I dealt with Paul Scagliotti to sell my car through Dutton Group. Paul replied to my online ad offering a less than I hoped for price, which I didn't accept at the time. After a couple of months unsuccessfully trying to get a better price privately I went back and accepted Paul's offer.
The selling process was smooth and the money arrived quickly. Car was only taken after I received the money. Paul explained the process well, communicated regularly and followed up as required.

Paul made it very easy and at good value to undertake the whole process. Very professional and responsive. Highly recommend him and the team at SYCF.

Don’t send your kid to “Sell Your Auto Fast” if they need an inexpensive car.
I really wanted to give this place a good review, because the purchasing process was pretty painless. We live out of town, so I sent my son there to purchase a car because the reviews were so good. He has had the car for less than a month and the transmission needed to be replaced and there was a significant oil leak (in addition to several over things).

I contacted them and asked if there was anything they could do to help me. I didn't ask them to cover the $4000 repairs on the vehicle. I did, however, ask for them to meet me in the middle in the cost of replacing the tires. 3 out of 4 of the tires were almost totally bald and 1 is on the verge of bursting. The amount I was seeking was $324. Putting a car on the road in tires in this condition was purely irresponsible. There was not even a glimpse of understanding from the "owner" as they sell cars "as-is". I get it, they are used cars. But there is a responsibility that is also placed on an establishment to at least make the car road safe.

I didn't call yelling and screaming. I take ownership for the fact that we should have had a mechanic look at it. All I wanted was a bit of compassion and minimal financial reimbursement. The $5000 Honda Civic has turned into a $9500 Honda in less than a month.

PARENTS -- don't go by the reviews. I promise you, a good experience at the lot doesn't mean that the car will be in working condition a month later.

Please read this before deciding to dearl with these scum bags! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I truley had a terrible experience with these people. They try to buy your car very cheap and then sell you to you very with a hefty price tag! BE AWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!!!!!! It was a bit low, but acceptable for a quick and hassle free sale so I accepted, subject to their agent inspecting. Following that, the offer was confirmed, I accepted, and payment made same day. Just waiting now for someone to collect the car. This worked exceptionally well for me.

I dealt with Paul throughout the process of selling my wife's Jag. Paul is very prompt in his communication, courteous and professional.

I was skeptical initially since I had never heard of the company. In addition, I was selling in Sydney and they were based in Melbourne. My skepticism was unfounded however. It never felt like I was not dealing with someone in Sydney and there were no delays in comms.

I knew from the get go that I would not get the price I was after since I was dealing with a wholesaler. However selling a premium luxury car is not as easy as selling any other car as I didn't get very many offers via other other websites. In the end, I was happy to sell the car at a price Paul was willing to offer, which was still higher than other wholesalers.

I found the buyer inspection process straightforward and hassle free. Likewise, handing over the car was straightforward A tow truck came on a day convenient for me and took the car away.

Dara was easy to deal with. She was extremely efficient and direct. I found the whole system a bit strange at the start but it went smoothly. I probably accepted a little less than I wanted for my car but Dara was fair and so easy to deal with that I can’t complain at all. An easy, thorough process all round.

My experience with Dara was outstanding. She offered and sealed the deal with fairness. What set her apart was the lightning-fast funds transfer—24 hours, and the money was in my account. If you want a seamless car-buying experience, Dara is the one to go to. Highly recommended!

We dealt with Paul, he was easy to deal with, courteous, professional, always following up along the way.

We did not get the price we wanted, but in the end when dealing with wholesalers you either take it or not, and we decided to take the offer, so we are happy with what we got full well knowing we may have got a touch more on the retail market.

I only say this last bit as i have read comments where people were unhappy with the price offered, you are dealing with wholesalers, understand how it works before giving bad feedback about price in particular.

Oh and i must add, they gave us the highest dollars from the number of wholesalers that contacted us.

Ha and another add, they dropped the original offer by $1k and we agreed that was fair considering an oversight we did not see.

Customer service is great. Payment is made quickly. The entire process is very easy as a customer.

These guys are like parasites looking to take advantage of people who are desperate to sell.
They offered way below market value for my van and made some story up like it's so difficult to sell etc. Other resellers offered 25% more than these jokers and that's still at the lower end of the market value.
