Damaged, Incomplete Order and Weeks of Delays
Ordered a sideboard in March. The item arrived later than expected, with multiple missing parts and damaged panels, making assembly impossible.
I then spent weeks chasing a resolution. I was told replacement parts would be sent, then informed a full replacement unit had been dispatched, yet no tracking information was ever provided and no replacement arrived as promised.
Communication throughout was poor and inconsistent. At one stage I was advised to dispose of the original unit, only for the company to later request its return. I was also asked to close an active bank dispute before a refund could be processed, which I was not prepared to do.
After more than a month of delays, broken promises, unanswered emails and wasted time, I had no option but to involve my bank to recover my money.
What should have been a simple furniture purchase became weeks of being passed from one excuse to the next. Between the damaged goods, missing parts, failed replacement promises and constant chasing for answers, I completely lost confidence in this company. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had in a long time, and one that could have been avoided with honest communication and competent after-sales support.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Good quality furniture. Opted to have the furniture built rather than flat pack and this was done well on site. Generally very pleased. My questions were answered promptly.

Never received the order.
I ordered tv unit with 4-8 weeks delivery time, after 8 weeks it was not delivered, despite I was checking few times in the process and was ensured it will arrive on time. At the end of week 8 when checked i was told the item from order was not handled properly and not sent from Italy yet. I was offered 10% discount if I will wait for it. On week 10 I still haven’t received it and even had no any replacement offered as I suggested to resolve this. Eventually after wasting anxious 10 weeks time and no delivery I was refunded with no any further replies to my follow ups for replacement. Utterly unhappy with it!

You placed your order with a 4–8 week timeframe, kept in touch, and were assured it would arrive, only to be told at the end of week 8 that the item hadn’t left Italy due to a handling issue at the manufacturer. That is not the standard we aim for, and we understand how disappointing weeks 9–10 were, especially without a suitable replacement arranged despite your request.
While the supply delay was outside our direct control, it was our responsibility to communicate sooner and offer clearer alternatives. We fell short on both. We appreciate your patience and regret that it ended with a refund rather than a successful delivery.
We’d like the chance to make this right:
If you’re open to it, we can propose in‑stock or faster‑lead‑time alternatives at a meaningful discount (beyond the 10% previously offered).
If you prefer to reorder the original item, we can prioritise the order, provide proactive weekly updates, and include a goodwill discount.
Alternatively, we can offer a gesture of goodwill (e.g., a voucher) should you wish to consider us in future.

Great service
I was looking for something unique and modern without spending a fortune, and the staff recommended the Infinity Wall Set. It turned out to be the perfect choice.
What I really love is that you can create your own custom composition with the units, and the team was amazing at helping me design the right setup for my space. Great service, great idea, and amazing value for money. I absolutely love my Infinity Set and highly recommend this store!
