I’ve been looking for a company that manufactures quality t-shirts that both fit well and is of high quality. I even purchased one from a high-end brand and had it shipped from the UK, only to return it promptly.
I dug deep to find a brand that offers not only outstanding quality but also a great fit—something most t-shirts simply lack. Enter Sene. Not only do they take the time to actually fit you, as a tailor would, but they also back it up with a replacement if the fit isn’t right, which happened with my first purchase.
All I had to do was reach out, follow their step-by-step process, and my hand-tailored t-shirt arrived; and this time, it fit perfectly.
No, Sene isn’t Amazon Prime; you’re not going to receive it the next day. But in my case, the process was seamless, and I had the refit within about a week.
I highly recommend Sene t-shirts to anyone with a penchant for quality and fit!

First of all, my husband loves his new Tees. They look so much better than any other tees and wash very well too.
During my last purchase I inadvertently had the pkg sent to the wrong address. I emailed Sene and they were able to correct the address mistake for me! Yay!!

I tried Sene for the first time, and I’m seriously impressed. I have broad shoulders and usually shirts don’t fit me well in the sleeves or across the shoulders. But after sending in my custom measurements, the shirt they sent fit beautifully. The fabric is thick and soft, and overall it feels like a high-quality shirt. The only issue was that it ran a little long, but the exchange process was seamless. They’re already resizing it for me and sending it back. I can’t wait to get the updated version. Great experience so far, highly recommend!

Their remake/replace/refund is a joke; everything is custom and they hide the policy in an area impossible to find. Further, they sent a coat that was insanely small, pants that I could swim in with a crazy small waist and then argued with me. When I provided measurements, they were like "oh, we don't use those." Very disconcerting. When I asked when the remake was going to be here, they told me almost a week ago it was done in production and on the way to distribution. After that, silence, even after emailing them. Horrible company. I wanted my money back, but instead, they demanded a remake. They are also aware of when I need it by and are taking their time. Oh, yeah, and it was ordered 2 months ago...

Just got my "remake" in; suit coat fit fine, but the pants, it's like they ignored the original where the waist was too small...and this time made the hips a bit too small. And, I've lost 10 pounds since the initial!!! So, if I hadn't lost the pounds, odds are, the coat wouldn't fit.

They have been aware I needed this by 9/11/2025...absolutely the worst to deal with. Probably won't give me my money back, either, and take another 2 months to get the pants right. What a joke.

I have shopped with them many times. Great company, great suits - 5 stars.

Once I got the t shirt it fit great and feels great. First order ended up in Bozeman Montana rather than Virginia. Now waiting for shirt number 2. Hopefully it gets where it’s supposed to be without any detours.

I was waiting for the other two shirts on the order so I emailed the company…I should have read the delivery invoice! They were waiting for me to try on the first shirt!! Now I’m ordering three more 😂

Do not buy anything from this company. It is an absolute rip off and con job. You enter in all this info about your desired fit but it will never come out right. They will not refund you or respond to your requests for a refund. Absolute joke of a company. Worst shopping experience ever. If you order from them be prepared to throw away a lot of money. Not worth it at all

I ordered a custom suit from Sene and paid extra for their “Free Returns, Remakes, or Exchanges” add-on.

The suit arrived with a poor fit in poor quality for a $550+ purchase. The polyester material was equivalent if not thinner and more flimsy than the <$50 golf pants I ordered from Amazon.

When I asked for a refund, I was told only store credit was available, even though the returns restriction wasn’t clearly disclosed at checkout. The “Free Returns” messaging was misleading at checkout page, and was only available behind secondary clicks in cart.

After trying to resolve it directly, Sene responded with numerous screenshots of their website pages. Definitely not a customer-centric company.

Absolutely worst eComm experience overall and I would not recommend Sene. First time in my life going out of my way to discourage potential buyers.

Company was easy to work with, and the suit came quickly and fit great.

I will be purchasing more suits in the near future.

Ordered a custom t-shirt June 23 and it is now July 18th. Was supposed to be completed and shipped within 5 business days. I believe this company has problems in obtaining its materials. I will never order again from Sene.

I wanted to like the suit but unfortunately the fit and material were sub par. The suit definitely stands out as inferior if you are around anyone else with a real suit. Additionally they had wording on there website in multiple locations saying you receive a free refund… don’t trust them. They went back on this and changed their policy. Even though that was the only reason I was willing to try their product. I tried with one of there shirts and they refitted me 3 times and never got the fit right. Do not purchase through them

Black t-shirt fits nice and certainly justifies the pricing — it’s not a typical t-shirt, and I was skeptical until I tried it on. I’m rather picky and now am ordering several!

Difficult Returns. This company has no online return process, which is really suspect for being an online company. You have to send an email and then just wait for a response (haven't gotten mine yet), and hoe it doesn't get lost in a sea of junk emails. And the shirt was weird the way it fit.

Loved the SoHo suit in navy they are so comfortable and flexible and so easily maintained.
I received the suit which was not up to my liking for fitting and the team worked with me to take measures and pictures and sent back the suit for further tailoring which I received in best way and shape few weeks after
Love the suit and used it at my son’s graduation and was complemented a lot about it

I wore this suit for a surprise dance number during my wedding proposal, and it delivered. I was jumping, spinning, dropping to the floor, and not once did it restrict me or feel tight. It moved with me the whole time and still looked sharp afterward. If you’ve ever thought suits were too stiff to dance in, think again. This one passed the ultimate test.

The quality and fit are excellent. The customer service is also tremendous. I recommend these products.
