I have not received the package nor an update regarding why it is delayed
Only received a request to rate my experience and a reminder about the request to rate my experience.

I ordered a lower and I received a upper denture

I never received the item I purchased but Senior. Com got my money!! I've emailed customer service many times without any reply and when calling the Senior . Com oddly the number cannot be completed because you have a restricted number!! Senior. Com SUCKS!!!!!!!

I received battery and on first time using it shopping it stopped working after 30-40 min.
Tried charging again and using worked fine for about 30 mins and was dead. I bought the15ah like I had when I bought. The original battery I could drive around all day. Tried a multiple times to contact customer service address they listed. Came back undeliverable 5 times. Finally found a phone number that would go through and got voicemail. I left a message. No one has called or emailed.
This company is a scam don't buy from them. I wish I would have dug deeper in the reviews before I bought the battery I would have selected another company.

I haven’t received my package as of today’s date. I ordered the charger from DMC and it was delivered within three days without an extra fee.

I did not receive the correct item and hsve not been contacted bsck after several atems to return the incorrect item and get the correct product. I have attempted contact by phone and website.

I ordered and canceled an order and sent numerous emails to please not ship the item as I no longer wanted it, but they sent it anyway! So now, I have to take time out of my day and return the item! I also have not heard back on another email I sent the company yesterday, explaining the situation again, no response!

Company ship the wrong product and will not reply to any voicemail telephone call or email that I have sent in over 3 weeks.

Found what I needed at a cheaper price than most. Thank you

I ordered battery charger MBE-0028 I received A24030-10D. I called several times on 3 separate days. The phone rang than went to busy. I emailed the company a few days ago but have not received a reply. I should not have to pay a restocking fee since I order the correct charger for GB-120. The company sent a charger for a sealed lead battery.

Jeff Daly is terribly aggressive and will not listen to you. He does not follow the rules and will break every rule in the book to make a sale that you will be very unhappy with

The box it came in is damaged and there are several chips out of the paint.
