Run!!!!!! Cups are extremely small. Returns are to CHINA at YOUR expense. Scam at its best!!!!

Do not buy from this company. The size chart and the size delivered DO not match. The shipment took forever. Returns are to an address in CHINA at the customers expense. They're customer emails are gmail and hotmail accounts. RUN AWAY.

This company is a scam. I placed my order for my bra size and THEY shipped a 3XL to me with a California return label. A 38 waist band is NOT 3XL, so I reached out to them via email. They tried to blame ME, and then said I had to ship it to their warehouse in HONG KONG for a refund. If I had known that’s where it was sent from I wouldn’t have ordered it! Scammers and fraudsters.

Company is horrible tried to blame me for the size I ordered the material is cheap no support boobs falling out the bottom then they say you pay postage to ship to Hong Kong that’s more than my order or 20% back roughly 8 dollars yeah right this company is a scam cheap there customer service is ass don’t order

The material in your product is very thin and provides no support.  The quality of the material is poor and the support is also not up to standards. I suggest you send the label to receive your package or I will continue with bad reviews from PayPal and other social media regarding your return policy. The The elastic in the bottom is absolutely garbage and the material is absolutely not good for large size breasted woman.So please send the label to return your product.So I can receive my full refund. 

I have the worst experience from this company. I don’t know what bra they are using in the ads, but these bras do not fit women with truly large breasts. (Above a D cup)
In the commercial, they show a woman who claims to be a “44M“ giving people the impression that this bra will fit large breast sizes

They are weak bras that do not support anything much above a C cup , maybe D

getting a refund is nearly impossible. I tried going through PayPal and my bank and because of whatever reason I was denied both times! All they wanted me to do was spend $20 to return the item it was a nightmare.

I spent $40 or thereabouts on one single bra that my friend with double D breasts can’t even wear because it’s way too small and flimsy.

Run run run do not believe the commercials especially if you have large breasts!

The bras are the worst quality ever, they barely look like what you see on the advertisements.

This company could improve the world by closing its doors or having them closed for them.
I ordered a set of 3 bras from this company on 10/12/2024. I received them sometime in November. The size was not even close to the size I ordered. I contacted the company via GMAIL text app and my text was answered by Jeremy Campbell. He offered to replace the order with the size I did order. After giving it some thought, I decided that I would rather have a refund. I let Jeremy know that and he said the company's finance director would contact me within 72 hours. I saw no reason that a company's finance director should be involved with a purchase transaction, but OK. I received 2 72-hour notices from Jeremy. When I was contacted by the finance director, it was none other than Jeremy Campbell himself. I had the sense that he was stalling in order to run out the clock on my refund, which he informed me was limited to 5 - 7 days. At that time he offered me 2 options. I could keep the mdse and accept a 20% refund or, I could mail the mdse to HK at my expense. I could send him the tracking number and after the mdse was received and inspected, he would issue a full refund. It took another flurry of texts to get an address out of him. Then I realized he never gave me a company name to put on the package. After asking for one, he informed me that a company name was not necessary, to just use my own name.
After reading the complaints from other customers, I'm not inclined to waste my time, energy, or money doing that. It seems as if no one has ever received their money back.
I'm sorry I did not have the foresight to check for complaints against this company before placing my order. I cannot believe that a company who treats their customers like this so openly would be allowed to do business in this country.
Is there an agency that I can contact that would be able to do something about Seniorsbra?

I have exchanged 44 emails with this company in an effort to get a refund. Initially, it was very difficult get a return address from them but I got that. Then I paid $24 (Can) to send the package back to only have it returned to me because the address was incomplete. They argued that it was correct and had been verified by Canada Post. They wanted me to send it back, at my cost however I asked for the Canada Post verification but they wouldn't give it. Then i asked for a prepaid postage label butthat was refused. I have been waiting to hear from their "Leader" but still nothing. Now, they have blocked me on fb for writing negative reviews. Horrible company to deal with.

I would like to thank all of you who posted a review. Only ONE was on the positive side. I already had my own experience with products coming from China which was negative. I now look in an attempt to assure I am not ordering from China.

I ordered 2 bra's put them on my credit card. I have not received them

My mom ordered a 3 pack of bras from this company. She felt comfortable ordering them since they advertised a 100% satisfaction guarantee and hassle free returns. After waiting for them to arrive which took almost 3 weeks, she tried one on when it arrived. It wasn't comfortable and she felt the quality was less than expected. She messaged that same day that she wanted to return the bras. After almost a week she received a response asking if they could help her. After another couple of weeks and several messages we finally got the information to return them. Our options were to get a refund of 25% ( not 100%). Or we could send them back to Hong Kong for the 100% refund. They gave us the address and instructions to send back to Hong Kong. We shipped them back as instructed. According to the USPS tracking number they have travelled all the way to Hong Kong and were not accepted by the company. They are now on the way back to the US. Returns are not hassle free nor is there a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. SCAM FRAUD. Avoid this company.

They offer a buy one get two free bras with assurances that if you are not happy with this product you can get your money back. I decided to give it a try and ordered one package of three bras. I received the 3 bras after a long wait and found that they did not fit properly. There was no cup to speak of and the bottom band was not tight enough. Their return policy states not to send the product back without contacting them so that they can give you a US address for your return. After sending 3 e-mails to them I have yet to receive a reply. The customer service page stated that they usually respond within 48 hours. They also say the product must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive a refund. They have conveniently not responded so that I couldn’t return the product in the time required. I feel like I just wasted my money because I can’t use these bras and I can’t get my money back. I think that this is a scam operation designed to take your money and send you a poorly designed product which you cannot return because their customer service is nonexistent! I probably should have known better than to buy something that was advertised on Facebook but it seemed like a good deal. I hope that I can prevent others from making the same mistake. Reading the reviews, I see that I am not the only one who got taken in by this company. I wish now that I had done my homework and read the reviews before deciding to place an order. Do not fall for this scam! Do not buy anything from this company!

Absolutely a scam. Tried to tell me I ordered a size 32. I ordered a size 46! Won't take the merchandise back. Won't refund me. Don't fall for this scam. Arguing with me via email. Horrible!

If I could give a minus score I would! I ordered two bras and did not receive what I ordered. I agreed for a refund of half the cost as I would have incurred the cost of returning the product. Seven months and15 emails later no refund. I have been told they are attending to it immediately - what a joke! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Products are horrific quality and dealing with Jeremy Campbell to get a refund is beyond impossible.

Big scam try to get your money back. They say hassle-free returns, not true. This is a China outfit they want you to send to China.

This company is the worst! I contacted the company before purchase to inquire about size. They said to order the current size you are wearing. I wear a 34DDD and received a 2XL. The darn thing almost goes around e twice. I return it to China and I pay for postage and they will give me 20% of price. They keep saying the size is correct——REALLY. Do not buy from them!!!

This company is horrible. They promise returns if you are not happy with the product. I contacted them because the bras made the front of my arms very sore because the material comes out too far on the shoulders and I could not stand to wear them. I received a message from Jeremy Campbell telling me I could pay postage and get a refund when they approved the return or I could take 20% of the cost as a refund. What happened to the 100% refund if not satisfied with the product. And from the reviews I've read they often don't give the refund after you have paid the postage back. I did not realize until after the purchase that this was a company from China. Don't buy from this company!!

Bras fit around but very small in cups. Ordered DD and it was probably an A cup. Tried again and got bigger band but cup was still way too small. These are not for big busted ladies. Also would not take return.

I ordered 2 items from Seniorsbra.com and had to return one. After 2 months of not getting my credit card refund I initiated a credit card dispute. I emailed Jeremy Campbell from this company 11 times with his final response (a lie) saying I still had the product despite my USPS proof of my return. The product did not live up to description either. It did not give my back extra support nor was there support for a large busted woman. The original product was mailed from China which took a long time to arrive. I asked before I ordered if it was coming from China and was told it would come from their nearest US address to me-another lie. Yet I was able to send my return to a U.S. address. There is no phone number for this company either. Very poor customer service/support. Fortunately my credit card company settled my dispute in my favor. DO NOT ORDER FROM Seniorsbra.com.
