Broke within two days of receiving them, didn’t reply to my email and photo

I bought quite a few rings and earrings from Sensa accessories. Upon arrival the pieces were individually packaged and of very good quality, and nicely wrapped for protection during transit. One of the earring posts on one of the earrings I ordered came damaged, I emailed customer service and they replied within the hour, providing me with a new replacement earring free of charge and with a tracking number. I will be ordering again!

The service was nice and shipping not too long !

Love these rings! I’ve gotten so many compliments, I just wish more of the different styles came in a size 5.

Immediately began to oxidize on my finger

Very disappointed because the rings look very nice, but the quality is poor. I got them and was quiet happy about the look, but 2 days after I used them the gold colors was already gone, and the price of the ring is too high for this bad quality.

Be careful before you purchase!! If you want a return, they want you to ship to China. The shipping fee is probably higher than your return. When they don’t have storage for the product I ordered, they just sent me a random thing without my consent even though I already told them just to refund me the money. Most importantly, after I comment under their ins they blocked my account!!! Now I still did not get the return resolved, and they stop replying email. Probably never gonna get my money back...

Don't buy your jewelery here. Delivery took forever, it's relatively expensive and customer service is rather blunt. They are not a scam tho so normally I wouldn't make a big deal out of it, but the first day I wore my ring the 'diamonds' fell out lol. I'd recommend getting this kind of jewelery on another website.

The delivery was alright. It took about two to three weeks to arrive which is acceptable regarding the current situation. The website already seems kind of spammy (always a special offer and items seem to be on sale all the time e.g. 26$ instead of 70$) but I wanted to give it a try.
The items itself are not worth the money even after all these “special offers” . I purchased two pairs of earrings and two necklaces for a total of 44$. On the website it states that the material is gold plated brass or steel which I highly doubt though I can’t quite prove it. But the quality in general is really cheap. The pieces feel light and kind of plasticky (they’re made of metal but it gives this kind of impression). One pair of earrings has a cheap glitter coating in the middle of the design. You can also see some defaults in this part. It looks like jewelry for children. I haven’t worn the pieces yet so I can’t say if they are actually hypoallergenic as stated on the website. One of the pendants on one necklace already has come off even though I only took the necklace out of its bag once when I opened the package. The colors of the necklaces aren’t the same either. This can be possible as they are two different styles but it wasn’t quite obvious on the website. In conclusion, I would not recommend this website. The jewelry is far too expensive for their quality.
Edit: they also deleted my comment on their Instagram page where I was describing the poor quality.
