Internet scam
On 7/1/25, I ordered a set of nightguards. The impression kits were not received, and I contacted customer service who said they weren't able to be delivered by the driver. After multiple attempts over several weeks, I finally received the impression kits.
After I sent the completed impression kits back to Sentinel, I never received the nightguards. I contacted customer service who stated they had been delivered. They provided a tracking number for USPS, which provided an error (included at the end of this message).
Customer service refused to provide a refund for devices that were never delivered.
