Newbie to Pilates and so lucky to have come across Tracy’s class. Tracy is a very informative and knowledgeable teacher. Her class is well balanced and paced to each person’s capabilities . Since attending, I have felt the benefits of greater flexibility and strength especially in my dodgy knee. Highly recommended.

A great Pilates class! Tracy is really welcoming and adjusts the class for all abilities. She has an abundance of knowledge about Pilates and Wellbeing and shares helpful information between classes. We work hard but have a lot of fun. If you are looking for a Pilates class you can’t go far wrong by choosing this one.

I love going to Tracey’s pilates classes.
The atmosphere is encouraging and inclusive. Tracey is knowledgeable, patient and motivating.
The workouts are well structured and nicely balance core work, flexibility, and mobility so I always feel refreshed.

I really enjoy Tracey's Pilates class! I just wish I was able to go more often. Unfortunately I am not able to go every week but this is no problem at all - you can always go at your own pace and pick up where you left off. I always leave feeling extremely relaxed.

Tracy is a fantastic Teacher, she is calm, patient and very knowledgeable about looking after yourself and teaching Pilates.
She makes the session feel inviting, relaxing and calm, it’s a nice small class which is nice.

Any exercises I'm not able to do, Tracy gives me an alternative, lets me go at my own pace and doesn't try and push you.

I love this pilates class and would be very happy if Tracy was able to start a class on a different day as well as her Monday class in Brownsover. Tracy is very knowledgeable and helpful. She ensures the exercises will not harm you especially if you suffer with back or neck problems. She is friendly and professional and I look forward to her class every Monday.

A lovely instructor who lets you go at your own pace, really enjoying the classes and look forward to them each week.
