I tried the Instalift PDRN Collagen Eye Patches.
They did not agree with me as I got a rash and tender skin. I have contacted customer services and they have ignored me request for a refund.
I would give zero stars if possible. I had a horrible reaction to the product where my eyes swelled shut and I couldn’t keep them open, and have been emailing them every single day with no response. And I know by the time that they actually respond. It’ll be beyond the 30 days that they allow for returns. And I find it interesting that in the refund policy it only states about damage product not about if something should give you a reaction. Since they have not responded, I intend to dispute this charge with my credit card company because I will not be scammed out of the money I paid for a product that was advertised to do the exact opposite of what it did for me don’t buy from this company you will regret it
Horrible company! Never ever order from them. My order is marked as delivered and there is no sign of any package.
Do not waste your money on the eye patches. They do not stay in place and you will see no difference.
I ordered approx £65 from sereneskin.co. My order has not arrived 2 months later. They keep saying they are out of stock but the website shows the product as being in stock. Massively dissapointed!
I ordered and paid on 1/31/2025. It is now February19th and I have not heard a word from them about my delivery. I cannot get anyone to get in touch with me from this company for updates.
The order form had an incorrect delivery address. When I noted, I immediately sent an email correcting the address and did that several times without response. Finally, I received a response that the product was delivered "successfully" to the wrong address. I emailed again--same response. I have requested they resend with correct address or refund--crickets.
I'm still waiting for my package to arrive, apparently it will be over a month. Their customer service is terrible. I'm quite certain they are a scam. Don't waste your money
