RUDE STAFF
It wouldn’t allow me to give zero stars. Popped into salon on the off chance of getting my eyebrows done. I was met with a very rude girl that eventually acknowledged me after 5 mins. She laughed at me saying you do know what time of year it is and we are very busy so no there are no spaces for you. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted to book for a later date. They treated me like a nobody and were sniggering at each other. I will never set foot in this shabby salon ever again. They need to take lessons in manners and be a bit more tolerant with the older generation. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Hi Carol, I am making contact with you regarding your review that you left for Serenity. I would like to look into this further and was hoping you may be able to provide some more information. Could you confirm for me if this was in fact Serenity Hair and Beauty rooms in Hastings that you visited? There are lots of businesses that have the name Serenity and I just want to check that this is the business you are reviewing. Kind Regards
