Thank u so much all team From Serik Smile lovely People I had a fantastic experience at Serik Smile For my beautiful smile . For first time I was a bit nervous at first , coz i do 6 implants but Dr. İsa was incredibly professional and geantly The treatment was wonderful nothing pain .So i was Happy to going there for 2 time my Treatment included 6 dental implants in the upper jaw and zirconia crowns in the lower jaw pls if i can recomended to someone who needs teeth make it absolutely Take Serik Smile How i say Wonderful people helping u carring about u + u get nice Vip car with one Fantastic man that the help u caring about u pick u up Take u hotel take care about u for whole time to the end🙏 I definetly wants to coming back no just about teeth only to see them coz so lovely Person from Serik Smile u dont see Always . 🙏❤️

10/10 experience

A brilliant service from start to finish , picked up in the airport by a great guy and he looked after me the whole time getting around to and from the clinic
The dentist was top quality resolved all my dental issues got 24 crowns , calm and highly experienced , completely painless procedure which surprised me , customer service and communication 10/10 the whole time , overall price was extremely reasonable , if your going to turkey I would highly recommend going here , well done guys and thank you again for everything

We were in a short trip when my bridge came off and I contacted Serik Smile.

They arranged the transportation, and accelerated the process so that we continued our holiday without much disruption!

Professional Root Canal Treatment - Highly Recommended!

I had a fantastic experience at Serik Smile for my root canal treatment. I was a bit nervous at first, but Dr. İsa was incredibly professional and gentle, making the entire procedure completely pain-free and comfortable. You can tell he is a true expert in his field.

A special thanks to the patient coordinator, İzel, who was amazing throughout the whole process. She was so welcoming, organized, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Her communication and kindness really put me at ease.

If you are looking for high-quality dental care and a team that truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend Serik Smile!

I was communication via WhatsApp, and I agreed to use their service and booked my flights.
The next day I explained that I was nervous and asked about pain relief and how many injections were used. My question wasnt answered for a day even though they promise 24/7 customer care. The answer came that they can use analgesia it wont be painful. I replied that I find injections painful. Their immediate response said......WHY ARE YOU BEING SO RUDE? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?...
I cannot believe i received such an aggressive rude comment from customer services. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment.

We would also like to clarify that throughout the communication process, all of your questions were answered individually and in detail by our patient coordinator. Unfortunately, during this exchange, our coordinator was subjected to an aggressive tone and accusatory language, without consideration of the time difference.

Our patient coordinator consistently remained polite and professional while trying to assist you. At one point, after repeated directive and disrespectful remarks, they expressed that they are a human being and asked for respectful communication.

We were disappointed to see that these details were omitted from the review. For transparency, please note that all correspondence from start to finish is documented and on record.

We always strive to provide clear information, respectful communication, and support to everyone who contacts us.

By far the best dental clinic !!!

The best dental clinic I have been too!
From the first minute the staff and dr. Made me feel safe and welcome. Needless to say my treatment was great.
Very clean, with modern equipment, friendly personell and very qualified doctors.
Want to specially thank dr.Isa and all the staff for making me feel at peace.
Totally recommend!

Serik Smile’s first (international) review!

I had contacted Serik Smile via WhatsApp ahead of my trip to Turkey (from UK) and Izel assisted me from this point onwards, up until my departure and beyond.

Izel’s professionalism is second to none, but moreover, I felt a sense of genuine care and concern - from answering loads of questions patiently (even outside usual working hours) to arranging transport and even following up till this day (nearly a month after a successful treatment). Her English is fluent too!

Additionally, the dental practice itself is well managed by Isa, who carried out my treatment with excellence, demonstrating deep experience and knowledge. Aside from the duration of the sessions, which lasted longer than expected/advised, I was pleased with the overall service and of course, my teeth!

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Serik Smile to friends and family and will visit again if I’m ever in town :)
