I paid 41,000 for a foreign job placement 7 months ago. In over half a year, I have not received a single call from a recruiter. They originally promised a full refund if no job was found, but now that the 7-month mark has passed, they are flatly denying my refund. 🚨 Serious Warning About Sernexuss Immigration

I want to publicly share my experience with Sernexuss Immigration and a representative named Prishika Halder so that others do not lose their money like I did.

I paid ₹60,000 INR after they promised to help me find a job in Europe and arrange interviews with companies. Before taking the payment, they assured me that they had professional connections and that they would actively support my job search.

Unfortunately, after receiving the payment, their service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

For 6 months, the only thing they did was apply to jobs through LinkedIn—something anyone can do themselves for free. They did not arrange interviews, provide real employer connections, or deliver the service they promised.

After the 6-month period, they simply informed me that my contract was finished and my file was closed, even though their promises were never fulfilled. When I asked about this, they refused to return my money.

This experience felt like a complete waste of my time, money, and trust.

⚠️ My advice to anyone considering this agency:
Please be extremely careful before paying them any money. Make sure you fully verify their services and promises.

Sernexuss Immigration Pvt Ltd (Nehru Place, New Delhi) scammed me with fake overseas job promises on LinkedIn – they hyped my profile as "great with good chances" to extract INR 2,000 for evaluation, then INR 20,000 on Dec 30, 2025, for Ireland profile marketing.

A case manager was assigned but only chased irrelevant marksheets/docs, ignored my resume, and did zero promised work like job portal promotion.

Executive Chesta Vohra approached me aggressively; they ghosted calls when I paused before the next INR 50,800 payment, revealing their true colors.

I trusted them as "good people" until refund time – despite no work done, they hid behind Clause 8's non-refundable withdrawal policy ("0 amount refundable after signup"), rejecting my request while demanding same-day payments from me.

Beware everyone, biggest scam and fraud is happening by two name RAHUL KUMAR AND POONAM with Sernexuss Immigration situated at UNIT NO 302 3RD FLOOR, PLOT NO 18 LSC MADANGIR, HAMDARD NAGAR, SOUTH DELHI, NEW DELHI, DELHI, INDIA.

There are multiple immigration / overseas service related private limited companies that appear to be connected through the same two directors: RAHUL KUMAR AND POONAM

The companies are:

VISA PARK PRIVATE LIMITED – incorporated on 12 April 2021

SERNEXUSS MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED – incorporated on 10 Sept 2021

SERNEXUSS IMMIGRATION PRIVATE LIMITED – incorporated on 14 Sept 2023

SERNEXUSS GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED – incorporated on 29 April 2025

What raised concern for me is the repeated pattern. Every 1–2 years, a new immigration company is incorporated with a new name, while the directors remain the same. Older companies appear to become inactive or less visible, and a new entity starts operating in a similar line of work.

For customers, this can create serious problems. Immigration cases take months or even years, and clients usually pay large sums of money. Many people may not know about the earlier companies linked to the same directors. When one company stops responding or becomes inactive, customers are left unsure about refunds or next steps.

Additionally, based on available information and shared experiences, a person named HIMANI KASHYAP is also said to be associated with this setup. She is reported to handle backend operations and support sales-related activities, including client follow-ups and payment coordination. This information is shared only for awareness, so people can better understand how operations may be structured and remain cautious.

I want to clearly mention that this post is not an accusation and I am not claiming that any illegal activity has been legally proven. The purpose of this post is to share publicly available information and highlight a pattern that people should carefully review before making payments.

4 months ago, I was very tensed about my foreign immigration journey but one of my friends suggested me to go for Sernexuss immigration, after that I contacted Sernexuss Finally I got a job in Singapore. I want to thank Sernexuss for helping me with both the job and visa in Singapore.

I got a call from sernexuss mentiong if I'm looking for overseas opportunity. The thing is I didnt reachout to them via any platform, and they lied that we have reached out via linkedin.
Now I got a email of the steps to join overseas opportunities, and its nothing but paying 1k-2k first, and then paying 70.8k.
Just by searching multiple reviews deeply, I got to know its fraud. They wont delivery what they promise.
And they didnt even ask me which profession I am and directly started the job process.

The Cold Truth — My Worst Experience with This So-Called Career Consulting Firm
I paid INR 59,000 to this company for what they claimed was professional career assistance. What I received was incompetence, arrogance, and a complete lack of respect for clients or their qualifications.

They sent job applications at random — many of them had nothing to do with my field. Their idea of “career support” was spamming the same poorly formatted, ATS-unfriendly CV to every role they could find. Their “resume experts” repeatedly produced documents full of spelling mistakes and clumsy grammar. I had to rewrite and finalize everything myself just to make it usable.

To hell with their unpad team.
The most unforgivable moment?
They applied for a clerical position for me — a candidate with dual master’s degrees. That single act said everything about how little they cared. It was humiliating and insulting beyond words. It showed zero understanding of my profile and zero professionalism.

Their point of contact, Ajmal, a well structured degenerate I would say, was the coldest and most dismissive person I’ve ever dealt with. When I asked him to connect me to his superior, he flatly said he “cannot.” That refusal exposed exactly how this company operates — hiding behind layers so that no one can be held accountable. His attitude was robotic, indifferent, and completely devoid of empathy.

They never took responsibility for their failures. They never apologized. They never even tried to fix what they ruined. For an entire year, they wasted my time, my money, and my faith.

This company does not help careers — it feeds on people’s hopes and hides behind a contract that protects only them.

If you value your dignity, your education, and your future, stay far away from this organization.
I will be pursuing a formal complaint for deficiency of service. Let this be a warning: they take your money, they give you excuses, and they leave you with regret.

I wish they do bankrupt and get the taste of their own fraud.

Fake agency cheater sale pura staf mera kuch kam vhi nahi Kiya paisa return vhi nahi kiya

Cheating people by exploiting their dreams. They won't contact directly with any employers or arrange any interviews. Only applying in online portals that anyone could do. For that they are charging huge amount. As per the agreement "Sernexuss will pay a refund if failed to provide you job assistance" but they won't. Don't give your hard-earned money to this cheaters.

My name is Firdosh Alam, I work in the hospitality industry. On 18/11/2024, I applied for Luxembourg through Sernexes Immigration Consultancy. They started job postings initially, but now it’s almost one year and I haven’t received even a single interview.

At the time of signing up, they never mentioned anything about the agreement expiry date or that interviews depend entirely on the employer’s side. These conditions were not explained before I paid the fees. Every time I followed up, they simply said “we are working on your profile” — but no real progress happened.

I genuinely feel that Sernexes is engaging in legal fraud — once you sign up, they hide behind terms and conditions to avoid accountability. My advice to anyone considering them: Please do thorough research before applying. Don’t repeat my mistake and waste your money.
