Easy to use API, well-documented, and friendly support. After only a brief period of time playing around with their API, I'm now looking forward to using their API for a product feature on my product rather than using Google's API directly, because theirs is easier to deal with.

Super-easy-to-use Google Sheets and Make.com integration. You can be up and running in an hour or two with automating your own ranking reports. Pricing is competitive with other similar products. Exceptional, and I mean exceptional, customer support from a real human being through their in-product chat.

Clear and simple JSON that is easy to parse. Simple API. A lot of features others don't have that we use at Kalicube. And feature requests are often implemented. Wonderful

We use SerpAPI to fetch product's prices in our platform.
We tested several other services and we decided to go with SerpAPI for the following reasons:
(1) Excellent documentation (2) Good trial tier and playground so we knew in advance what to expect (3) speed - the results are provided super fast and can be even faster (with additional payment) (4) it's accurate and consistent - which is obviously super important - and lastly - during the deployment process we discovered we're missing some pieces of data when we fetch data and SerpAPI actually provided this capability for us within few days.

For us it's a big win and advantage so as far as we concern - we highly recommend SerpAPI.
