Accelerated Domains is one of our high-performance services, built on Cloudflare Enterprise, and is designed to enhance global speed, reduce TTFB, and deliver consistent Core Web Vitals, especially for dynamic and internationally targeted sites.

Based on extensive testing, most clients see up to 30% improvement in performance metrics. That said, every site is different, and results depend on configuration and origin performance. These figures are based on actual test results and broad industry data, not assumptions. While we don’t guarantee these exact outcomes for every setup, the value of Accelerated Domains has been proven across diverse use cases.

In your case, your site was already benefiting from strong caching via our Apache HTML setup. These existing optimizations, combined with incomplete DNS propagation before service deactivation, made it nearly impossible to measure the benefits of Accelerated Domains in the short time it was active.

Please keep in mind that our team recommended Accelerated Domains solely based on your goal to achieve the best possible performance results. It is our premium product, trusted and proven to deliver significant value over the years. We are still confident it could have brought meaningful improvements for you as well, had there been a bit more time to see its full potential.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with Servebolt. As a reputable company, we highly appreciate constructive feedback and always use it to improve our services. Yet, we will have to disagree with your statement.

It seems that the reason for your frustration is that you have had unresolved business relations with the former Bolt owner, who filed for bankruptcy. As much as trying to be understanding in such difficult situations, each hosting company has responsibilities to cover operational costs in order to ensure the proper work of the infrastructure for all its clients to enjoy. Your Bolt stayed active during the time left after the former account owner went bankrupt and thus, the the whole online presence for your newly acquired business remained operational. What is more, the company website is still up and running and hosted with Servebolt.

You also claim that you have been charged twice for the same period, as, in fact, there are a couple of charges for consecutive periods -
payment on August 12th for the July period and another payment on August 25th for the August period. Regarding the refund request, as you refuse to settle outstanding debts, you, as listed as the current business owner, are responsible for ensuring all hosting costs are covered. We take you as the account owner, as you have submitted a Bolt change along with that.

Last but not least, we would like to note that chargebacks and payment disputes originate from fraudulent transactions and customers who claim never receiving the items they purchased or even making a purchase. This clearly is not the case in this situation, as we have provided the service to ensure the website remains online, and on top of that, you have logged a Bolt ownership update. Posting a review here, stating that you have been a customer of ours, clearly demonstrates that your chargeback was submitted in an effort to receive a refund for a nonrefundable fee and used services.
Further to that, we can see that the support and the account management teams were pretty polite and responsive, genuinely trying to assist you on this matter.

We still hope you are willing to see our company as a good fit for your enterprise as your website remains operational. Our team remains at your disposal, so if you choose to communicate things further with us, we are available and will gladly assist you.

We would like to reassure you that we take seriously feedback from our customers, and this is why we have reviewed your case thoroughly (including your complete chat and email history). To keep things short, what happened is that due to five outstanding invoices, your account was locked. Your account manager contacted you to assist in restoring your account and ultimately provided you with an exclusive discount. Based on these conversations, regrettably, you have been treating him pretty poorly and have been hard to talk to. We have tried to contact you multiple times since then but to no avail.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our approach to resolving your request. We hope you are willing to reconsider and recognize our hosting products as a good fit since we will gladly accommodate your needs. Our team remains at your disposal and is ready to assist you further.
