The customer service I have received here is top notch, excellent, 10 stars out of 5. Cannot recommend enough! Finally a provider that delivers great customer service next to great service provision!!!

I have worked with many hosting providers in the past, and performance and support rank at the top of my list of requirements. In both cases, ServerBlend has delivered! We currently host 2 Conan Exiles servers with ServerBlend, and both have performed well, even with the high demands of 70 slot Conan servers.The customer service has been prompt and helpful. Response times are rarely longer than 15-20 minutes. Love it!

I have to be honest and say upfront that I've been with ServerBlend for less than a month. However, during that time the service has been seriously impressive. I'm hosting a Conan Exiles server with them.

I transferred from another host that had been nothing but trouble from the start - constant server crashes and reboots, admin panel frequently unresponsive. I gave them almost 3 weeks but got sick of having to constantly submit support tickets and wait for a fix. It had honestly become a chore.

So I decided to move to ServerBlend and it has so far proved to be an excellent decision. Not a single server crash or frozen admin panel thus far and server / mod updates have also been smooth. I've had to submit only one support ticket and that was just to hand over initial transfer details so they could move me across (a painless experience also!). That single ticket was replied to very quickly and the staff member was friendly and polite.

Would I recommend them? Absolutely!

I have been using ServerBlend for over 2 years at this point, and we have had very little issues compared with other hosting services. We recently swapped from GG servers for our Minecraft hosting to ServerBlend and its been nothing short of perfect. I would and have highly recommended this company for game hosting.

Quick turnaround on tickets, no server downtime, and easy to navigate server tools, definetly will use serverblend for future game servers

I do not know what to say, honestly. Almost instant replies. Help with anything, really. I feel if I asked for love and life advice, I would get a nice guide that would change my life forever.

I've been through a lot of crappy Server Hosts but finally went with ServerBlend and don't regret it a bit! Customer Support is fast and very helpful and my players love how smooth the Servers run.

I’ve been using ServerBlend for about two months now for Ark, if I could give them 10 stars I would. From easy to use admin interface, mod control, game backups, extremely reasonable prices, zero in-game lag, cluster, fast setup, to their support team response time, how could I not give these guys 5 stars? The masterminds responsible for all these excellent features are very hands on and them reaching out shows how much they care about their client's experience. Great! Serverblends strong point is definitely their customer service. Never had an issue with them that they couldn't solve quickly and professionally.

No lag on the server and no issues at all!

ServerBlend has been the best and most affordable provider I have used and that is out of three other companies. Their customer service is fantastic with crazy fast response times and rapid support. They have an insanely wide selection of server builds, games available, and plenty of server options to fit almost anyone's bill. If you're looking around for a provider give them a shot. These people are pros.

So, I started my very first actual Space Engineers server with ServerBlend. I had a lot of trouble early on but I got a lot of help from their tech support. A lot of times when I deal with tech support I feel like I am dealing with some douche canoe that's trying to get a maximum number of tickets per hour done so I get a lot of canned replies or half answers. Not with ServerBlend. I spend a lot of time in support tickets with ServerBlend because this IS my first server and I am learning and making my own mistakes fairly often. When I contact them it feels like they are taking the time to hold a conversation with me. I make jokes, they make jokes back. I have expressed my thanks to them time and again. Not just for solving my problem but because they are actually kind and seem human. They not only talk me through solutions but they also give personalized opinions and suggestions they have formulated as players. They show that they have actually played these games not just try to sell servers to stuff they don't care about.

These guys are awesome! Always quick to answer My questions and help clean up My mistakes. 5 STARS 3 thumbs and a cupcake to them.
