Excellent services! Absolutely recommended. Easy, fast server setup. There are a few options not working properly for ark, but not a big deal. Some learning curve is required as things may not be as obvious. However, once I got the hang of it, it immediately became the best server management I've used. So far this is the 3rd company if used for servers and I don't think I'll change it. Thank you for your services!

I have been very pleased since moving my Conan Exiles server over to ServerBlend. The server runs great and when I have issues their Support is prompt to assist and always patient.

I built my GF a gaming desktop simply so we could transition from Ark Crossplay servers hosted by Nitrado to the Steam based client. Nitrados servers were horrendous. DB corruption, save file corruption, turn over time for tech support issues, and they are the only ones with the licensing for Xbox servers. Moved to steam because of all the competition between server providers creates a more customer driven experience(because capitalism works). I have not had a single issue with my serverblend Ark servers in the 4 months I've had them. Just recently purchased a 7D2D server, and uploaded a very large custom map(nitrogen). Initialization was still quite quick, but the sever hit 11gigs of RAM usage generating the map(Out of 17 total). This is normal for first time initialization of a massive map. What I loved was that I received an automated email that was triggered by the high ram usage, with a high ram usage notification and first line trouble shooting tips to help reduce memory leaking. This wasn't my issue, but that attention to detail to provide information and troubleshooting tips PRE-EMPTIVELY to the customer is a beautiful thing. Initially rented my Ark servers as a 2 package deal and I don't even use one, but I keep paying for it simply because my customer experience has been so good. Keep it up Serverblend.

We have just found this server host and they are amazing. they have helped us out soooo much since we started. Even when we screwed our server up they fixed it.. wish i had found them from the get go. Have gotten more help and support in 4 days then have in 7 months from another server host!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Started working with ServerBlend a month ago by renting a Space Engineers server, and given the fact that this was my first attempt at hosting a dedicated server, trying to build a community, and, that previously I switched between 2 more hosting companies that pretty much toughed me that game hosting companies just try to take your money, and leave you on your own, my mind was blown with the promptitude and how fast all the setup went. You will hear a lot about the top notch fast response customer support that they have, but if you add the fact that the servers work very well, are very customizable, each of them have game tailored control panel (I have 1 ARK and 2 Space Engineers servers) makes hosting a server very easy and you can feel comfortable.
Also, probably the 2 most noteworthy features besides the reliability and support, are the downgrade and the public pay option. Not long ago, :)) meaning few days ago, I lowered the player limit on a server (to cut future cost cuz I can raise it when it will be the case) and got returned the entire difference value + VAT back into my account, and the update was in just a few minutes, and, the fact that you can have your community members support the servers directly using the public pay, it's a very cool feature especially for someone like me that just starts out and doesn't have much influence to ask for donations.

When we originally began our servers we had used a different host, but due to some circumstances out of our control, we had to move. After extensive research and many e-mails to a flurry of different hosts, we settled on ServerBlend. Their quick response times and great reviews on customer satisfaction are what sold us here. After being with them for almost 2 months, we understand now why they receive the reviews they do. ServerBlends team of support staff has been nothing short of exceptional and has exceeded beyond what any one of our community expectations could have been. Everything from the server host transfer, to the setup of additional servers to the swift and effective resolutions to any questions or concerns we have had, and their willingness to constantly assist in whatever ways possible has been phenomenal. The fact that they say they are available 24/7 and deliver on that easily elevates them above the competition. Overall ServerBlend provides an experience that makes their clients feel like more than just a customer and as a result, they have gained a forever fan and loyal customer, I would absolutely recommend them to anybody.

I have been with Serverblend for two months now. I have two Ark servers in a cluster setup. The setup was very fast (within 30 minutes). The customization and server control options are extremely intuitive to include a steam workshop module for easy instillation. I have been impressed with the server performance and reliability. The few times I have needed to submit a support ticket, the response time has been very short and the support personnel were ALWAYS extremely friendly. Other companies have left me feeling as though I was a bother because I needed assistance. Last but certainly not least, their prices are the most competitive I have ever come across. 10/10 will definitely continue business with this company and would recommend to anyone.

Their service is fast and reliable, their customer service is beyond great they were so damn fast at replying and Ryan was so helpful with everything. Their setup is amazingly simple and easy to use I cannot recommend them higher truly worthy every penny.

I have never experienced better customer service with a game hosting site such as this one. Any question I had, no matter how redundant, was answered within a very short period of time and to the best of their ability. I'm pretty new to having my own servers to run, so no matter how long I took asking questions back and forth to the customer service reps, they always have the best attitudes and are there with me for the long haul. With the excellent customer service and great prices, a five star rating is a no brainer! I will continue to use this company for any of my hosting needs.

I am new to being a server admin for Space Engineers and there's a lot more to learn than I realized. ServerBlend has been more than happy to answer my emails as I learn how to edit the server settings. I switched over from another popular hosting service because the support was nothing compared to what I receive now. It's been a couple of days since the previous service has replied to me whereas ServerBlend has already signed me up and had many responses in the same amount of time. Their support is just phenomenal compared to what I had. I would highly recommend ServerBlend to new Space Engineers admins.

Started using ServerBlend for Ark SE and could not be happier from set up to any support tickets I have put in. Support is very quick to reply to any tickets as well as send an email at any irregular performance issues that happened. Would recommend 100%. Easy to change config files and manage mods with the dashboard controls.
