This company verified fitment, offered fast service, delivered the product on time, and followed up promptly. A+

After vising the site, a support chat popped up with the option to ask for a better price.
The customer support came back with a link to the exact same page I was already on but told me the price was 10$ more. Reloading the page now not only revealed a 10$ higher "discounted" rate, but also a 5$ higher "original" price.
The agent also mentioned the "old" price was for a broken used unit, and the "new" price is for a refurbished one. None of this is mentioned anywhere on the product page.
From my point of view, this is a scam. Be cautious!

Chris Lee was very helpful in finding out why my order had not been processed.
Actually, it had already been pulled and shipped, but the order page had not been updated.
Something they may want to look into.

My initial experience was less than stellar... some sort of mixup in the warehouse that resulted in me getting something really strange... but Simon was amazingly helpful, kind, patient, and communicative (despite me being a raging B at first! LOL) and got it straightened out and the correct part to me really quickly. 10/10 will absolutely use them again if I end up needing parts for my refurbished Dell again.

I will be honest, I was a little skeptical at first because we were looking for a large number of out dated/no longer manufactured mainboards and processors that are very specific to a build we have and kept getting "we are sorry, our inventory was not correct" from several other suppliers found on the internet. So when I reached out and they had access to 100, I was skeptical. We did a small purchase at first and then ended up purchasing 70 total units and they all came through. Simon was proactive in communication and took care of us. Overall, I was very happy.

I got exactly what I needed to repair my 11 yr old HP's power supply. Unit looked brand new and works great. Plus it was the best price I found on the internet. Good job.

The item works great and got my computer up and going again! Very happy about that. They only thing I am not happy with was that it was mailed via USPS. I was supposed to get it on a Saturday, and it didn't show up, then on Monday I went to the Post office, and they had delivered it to my house. Not your fault but UPS would have been a better choice.

Response was very timely and communicative! Additionally, I understand vendors don't always have the stock, but they worked with me to provide what I needed in a pinch.

My search of the website returned an HDD which did not match my search. I did not catch the error. As result I had to return three HDDs with a 25% loss due to your restocking fee.
