Their service is quite refreshing compared to other companies. They are quick to help out and really know what they are talking about.

My first buy from servermonkey was a pleasant experience, everything went fast and smooth.

I would recommend ServerMonkey to anyone looking to purchase a server for their company. Communication is awesome, service is exceptional and quick. I received my server in less than a week from the order date. I certianly will use them again in the future as our network grows.

Had a question, and tried to call the number on the site, was told the number didn't exist. That was a WTH moment.

And they charged way too much for shipping, but that being said, their price, with the shipping was still cheaper than a lot of other places.

Other than that, happy with the service.

Have purchased from Server Monkey several years in a row now as we roll through upgrades in our server environment. Their sales reps are always helpful in getting what you need. Their support and replacement policy is top notch. Had one server that the fans would sound like a jet and nothing done would quiet them down and they replaced the entire server no questions asked. Top notch all around.
If you need Enterprise sales then Paul is the one to ask for. He will work with you and has the patience of a saint.

I have made multiple purchases with them and have had great experiences.

The only issue that I had was with my last order I forgot to log into my account and when I used paypal to pay the wrong shipping address was loaded. I contacted support and they said they would ship it to new address but item was still sent to old incorrect address.

Even with this issue, I will still order from them because they have been great with everything else.

I ordered 2 refurbished processors to speed up my aging Precision Workstation. The order was processed and shipped promptly and the CPUs (two Xeons) worked just fine. It was a great way to get a few more years out of my hardware. Great price too.

I had a pleasant first experience, received my purchase faster than I expected. I will definitely make another purchase within the next couple of months.
