Perfect genuine part that fitted perfectly with no hassle. Excellent quality and customer service. The part was delayed in delivery but Customer service emailed all responses promptly. Definitely recommend this company.

Following a call out from an unrelated company who wanted to charge ridiculous money and needed to wait 14 days for spare parts, I got in contact with these guys - explained my problem. I was asked to email serial and model number, and they confirmed the bits I needed. The relevant parts were identifed and shipped within a day and a half. I replaced the parts myself (fairly easily done) and now my cooker is working as new. Brilliant company that you should think of using first, before calling out anyone or paying vast sums for no purpose.

It was very easy to locate the product that I required. On ordering the part it was with me in 2 working days. I was also kept informed by email of the progress. Very impressed by the service

Website said stock, but the cupboard was bare when they went to order pic. Straight onto backorder and arrived with all expediancey.
I was told at each stage of the transaction what was going on and importantly to me why.

The item I ordered was for an older model Smeg make extractor fan and not widely available as a manufacturer part. The order was easy to make and I accept that the price reflects the need to back order from outside this country. The communication was first class and the item arrived exactly on time. Cannot fault the service and would recommend this company.

From order to delivery the communication was excellent. My parts had to be sent from Spain and they advised me immediately (even giving me the option to cancel) another update once they had arrived and dispatched. Was probably only about 10 days inclusive of bank holidays. Very impressed … the parts were perfect and I think very reasonably priced. Would definable recommend this company. I ordered a replacement upper spray arm for my dishwasher on the morning of Wednesday 12th November. My order was confirmed immediately and that same evening I received an email to tell me that it had been despatched. It arrived the next morning (Thursday) well packaged and protected. If only other companies had service like this !!

Great experience, efficient friendly service delt with my Smeg hob parts issue in no time!

Servevast are a brilliant company and were able to get us Smeg replacement filters for our old cooker hood from Smeg in Italy. The communication was first class and the delivery on time and excellent.
We are delighted as we do not need to get a new cooker hood as we had real difficulty finding the filters until we found Sevevast.
