The clothes are beautiful and are personalised in such a lovely way. I left ordering a little late but Sian was so helpful in organising a rush order. Fantastic experience all round!

Fast service and a lovely t shirt for first birthday!

Fantastic customer service. The item was on the website as a jumper but we needed a t shirt. They accommodated the request and turned the order around in a short space of time.
The quality is amazing.

I purchased their white off the shoulder top and pants. Order arrived fine, but the material is so flimsy and see through. Plus the size isn’t right - around the thighs it seemed to come in and doesn’t hang nicely like in the photo. You’d really need to go up a size or 2.
I have applied for a refund and they really don’t want you to send the stuff back! Plus remember you have to send it to china. So it’s an expensive thing to do. But they offered me 20% reduction to keep it - but the cost of the item it’s still better financially for me to send it back - plus I would never wear it.

Customer service was incredible. I had a vision of what I was after to match my sons birthday theme but I couldn’t find anything in that style so I asked if there was anything they could do and they exceeded expectations in creating a absolutely beautiful outfit I can’t wait to see my son in on his birthday. Beautiful Tshirt for my sons 1st birthday.

I wrote to Sian on Saturday night about the possibility of a rush order in time for my son’s first birthday. I got a response within 10 minutes asking for more details to see if it was possible. After confirming it would be possible I placed my order on the Sunday and received the T-shirt (along with a lovely handwritten note) on the Tuesday in time for my baby’s birthday 😍.
Could not recommend highly enough. Possibly the best service experience I have ever had.
The T-shirt itself is wonderful quality. So thick and soft. Just perfect for a 1 year old. Thank you so so much
