I helped my friend to look for a doll online because he doesn't know how to buy things on the internet. We spent some days to look for the right doll for him. Finally, we found a beautiful doll for him. He said the doll face looked like his ex-girlfriend when they were in high school. Unfortunately, we got a message from Aileen saying that the doll was unavailable in the US. Aileen offered us another doll looked similar to the first doll. My friend was upset and wanted to cancel the order. Then, Aileen offered us another choice of the doll but my friend still didn't want it. Aileen and I kept exchange emails to each other and finally we got a deal. We received another doll as Aileen promised us, and it arrived today in just 3 days. The doll looks beautiful. My friend likes it even though it's not the same doll he chose first time. Aileen is doing a great job, she makes my friend happy with the doll. Thanks Aileen.

This is the 6th doll. I have used different online sellers for the other five. The usual thing was that I would get a doll that looked different than the picture, and the seller would say it was the lighting and blah blah. The dolls would have an awful smell.

I did a lot of research, and Sexdollsoff kept showing up. So, I decided to contact them. Customer service was awesome from the first day to today when I got the doll delivered.

I asked a lot of questions and requested factory pictures of 8 dolls. Then I decided on the one, but I changed my mind. This indecision happened for four days. They stuck it out with me. I found the cos dolls section. I saw and needed the Harley Quinn doll. I was sent the factory picture, and I wanted it.
Shipping took three days, the usual FedEx delivery time from California to me.

The doll matches the factory picture EXACTLY! I was ready to be let down. NOPE! The doll did not have a weird smell. I won't buy from anyone else! People in other reviews said customer service was not good for them. I didn't have any problems at all, Maybe the time difference threw them off.

shes preety amazing, shes very lifelike in her range of motion, her skin is very soft, i would say the only thing that might be s problem is that shes heavy , older guys like myself can have a difficult time moving her around

I've recently had an email conversation with customer service about my experience with my doll. I told them how I had damaged 2 of her fingers while learning how to move her and position her. I was to rough with my grip on her hands which caused the skeleton wire to puncture through the skin. The fingers are super delicate I don't recommend using her hands as a grabbing point to handle your doll. They were very understanding and even though they were not obligated since I did the damage and not them, they said they said they would send me a glue repair kit. I'm very impressed with customer service, they really do care about the satisfaction of their customers and are willing to help anyway they can whether they are obligated or not.
