I've bought from sextoysshop for years, and they're one of the best companies I've dealt with regarding customer service. Plus the good are great, reasonably priced and always picked and delivered promptly :)

Horrible I placed two orders one was sent back from wrong address nobody responded to me yet I made another order I pay $22 to rush it this was last week I still do not have a tracking number Or anyt

As for the tracking number, this is a discreet and confidential information, so we don't have right to publish it here.
We have sent you several e-mails to the e-mail address you have indicated in your order and also called you but were unable to reach you since you never picked up the phone.
We are waiting for your first order to return back to us because you have forgotten to indicate your apartment number in your order details. As soon as it does, we'll let you know and reship it to the correct address.
As for the second order, it was shipped and you should receive it today, March 29. Exactly after 3 business days you paid us for.

Shipping was very fast and discreet, although I prefer boxes over white mailing bags....but not a deal breaker, maybe could be an option for valued return customers? I love Sextoysshop! I love the discretion of the packages and the way it appears on my bank statements. We are sorry to learn, though, that you have received your order in a plain plastic bag. It must have been some kind of mistake made by our shipping department. Please note that we always do our best to pack such merchandise as discreetly as possible. We usually ship our order in plain cardboard boxes. Nowhere on the packaging is indicated its content.
We understand that the majority of our customers feel very sensitive about this and that is why our main priority is to protect them as much as we can.
