Myself and my family have been loyal customers for over 40 years even after we moved out of the area, making weekly trips back for Friday.
Today myself and my friend were verbally abused outside the shop by a man in a car from his open car door. We entered the shop and he continued to shout abuse at us.
I exited the shop and told him to be quiet. On re-entry we were refused service by a male member of staff wearing a Shalom blue shirt. Disgusting that he feels he is the unofficial policeman of the area outside of the shop and condones the abuse of women.
You have now lost the custom of all my friends and family. Weldone !

Excellent customer service. Have been going there for years. Popped in yesterday but they didn’t have any cholas. What a shame as we always take a chola for grandchildren. No problem they said we will deliver to you. But we were going to Essex and they still delivered and to make it sweeter there was no charge.
Chola was gorgeous and the grandkids were very happy. A big thank you Shalom.

Substituted an out of stock item, but I called to say the replacement was not required they immediately refunded the item, but told me to keep it anyway with their compliments.
Cannot fault the quality nor the service.

Love this place - just wish we lived closer and it was easier to park!! Always manage to spend a small fortune but well worth it 😊

Lovely fresh bagels and breads. Shalom Bakery is one of my favorite bakery in whole London. Roast and salted beef are delicious as well.

There are many delis but shalom is the best by far great tasty food so lovely they deliver too.

Salt Beef and Fried Fish OK.
Excellent Chollas as usual.
Quantities as per order which hasn’t always been the case. Home delivery preferable as COVID rules are not always followed in the shop.

Really delighted with the service- the produce is excellent and the lady who delivers the order is so pleasant and helpful. Just once there was an error with an order so I telephoned and the issue was dealt with courteously and efficieintly

It’s very easy - just order your bakery items and deli online - choose a delivery day and it arrives - hey presto !

Not received my order was happy to be able to order online for my parents as they love Shaloms and can’t get to you as both not well
