Average product with pathetic return charges
The product quality is average compared to what they charge you. Also they charge 250 rs for return or exchange products.
They are running a discount of 50% off but the product quality is so bad it’s not worth the money. They sell for 1499 rs and when you return the product give back 1127 rs.

SHEER WASTE OF MONEY
I recently received my order for the Premium White Maslin Embroidered Kurti Set with Dupatta, but unfortunately I am extremely disappointed with the product quality and fitting.
The fitting is completely inappropriate and does not match the standard sizing mentioned while placing the order. Additionally, the fabric quality is not muslin as advertised. The material received is clearly different and does not justify the product description or expectations set by the listing.
Since the product delivered is not as described, not worth, contact number also not reachable, no response on whatsapp or e mail, Return link also not accessible. there is no option to write a review on their website. all reviews sound fake . TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

I ordered from them a sharara for rs2399 the quality is so poor it's not the same as shown in the picture a huge colour diffrence and in the website return is mentioned but it's not available from the website we need to email them there is no response guys don't order from them it's a full scam and waste of money!

I ordered a product from shanaya.in ( website url)
(shanaya_india- instagram page) and received a completely different product.i tried to initiate a replacement, the website asked me to pay ₹250 for the exchange, which I reluctantly agreed to.
I clicked on return/replacement on 24th January, although the replacement window was shown as open till 27th January. However, the request never processed on the website, and after the 27th it suddenly started showing “exchange window closed.”
I had reached out to the brand on WhatsApp and Instagram also on 24th January, but there wasn't any response.
I paid for a product I never received, was asked to pay extra to fix their mistake, and then was denied the replacement altogether. Very disappointing experience and highly untrustworthy service.
Posting here for awareness so no more people get scammed by such websites.
