We needed to have a Medallion Signature Guarantee done for Canadian share transfer which we found to be difficult in the location where we were and ended up going around in circles with the online options until we found Marianne at Share Data. Marianne was fantastic and handled the whole process for us and helped us navigate through the process quickly. Once we got all the documents to Marianne, she processed everything so efficiently and forwarded the documents onto the transfer agent. Im happy to say that the transfer agent received the signed documents and actioned the transfer so we are so happy and satisfied with the service. Marianne even sent back our personal documents once the compliance process was completed. Thank you again Marianne 10 out of 10.

Marianne at Share Data was extremely professional and dealt with a "US share issue" I had with my late fathers estate very quickly. Communication was good and their costs were reasonable. I would recommend their services.

I had to get some medallion stamps to transfer some shares in the US. Pauline was really helpful, very organized, and kept us informed every step of the way. The requirement by the company holding the shares is very dated and manual, requiring actual signed document to be mailed. Share Data make the process pretty painless. I will use them again in the future.

For a very small fee (£50 + VAT) Share Data worked out the initial purchase price of British Gas holdings purchased 38 years ago. To do this myself would have been a fairly monumental effort given the changes the company has gone through in that time.
