First loan repayment taken on a different day than stated on the contract, which itself was a completely different day than stated on the email send with the contract. Emailed regarding my concern, but once the loan has been accepted and sent to you, there is no response at all. Been waiting over 5 days now, which is unacceptable customer service.

Everyone who I spoke to was very understanding and helpful, commutation between us was brilliant and they are very quick and efficient. Can’t thank the team enough helped me and my family through a difficult time.
