Still waiting for product, emailed twice over last month still no reply...very tempted to report the from Fraud frankly as they have money...i have no problems with delays, just Damn respond !

I ordered a $200 jacket and used their sizing chart with my measurements. After only using it 3 times, the jacket had stretched so much that it was too loose on me and ineffective at keeping me warm. I contacted the company, who asked me to send pictures with a measuring tape showing that it had stretched. I did that and it showed it was about 2 inches more than in their sizing chart. But then they asked me to mail in the jacket at my cost so that they could verify this. I sent it and paid the shipping myself. They emailed me back saying that they will not cover it under warranty. I found other reviews online noting that their jackets do stretch. Terrible customer service for such a high end product. I asked for them to send me a smaller size and they refused to. Never buying from them again.

Found the stitching on the drivers seat cover letting go after just over 2 years of being on the car, car is very well maintained and not used daily so expected longevity from the seat covers. Contacted Sharkskin their response was this is 'normal wear and tear' and they would not consider replacement. I purchased these for our other cars before noticing the poor workmanship and regret it.

The worst return experience, wrong sizing chart, ghosted my requests said look in spam for your pre-paid return label (never to be found). Their phone number doesn't answer

We have two sets of seat covers, both purchased at the same time (Jan 25). The one fitted to a Hiace, they work but move and fold up on the corner of the seat with no strap to prevent it. The other set was unboxed 9 months later due to vehicle delivery being delayed, nobodies fault (LC300). We didn’t get to install the first seat cover without the zip breaking. We wanted a refund as they are brand new out the packaging. They did offer to repair the seat cover as a warranty claim, but the quality is poor. We’ve decided to recycle or donate the brand new covers as they aren’t fit for purpose.
Fit is standard; Quality is sub-standard; Cost wise your what pay for.

I ordered a full set of seat cover's for my MG ZST essence 2024. When looking their site said the MG3, ZS and ZST are the same. They aren't. What arrived it says fit's MG3, it has MG ZS in smaller writing. The problem is they don't even fit the MG ZS. when I first contacted them, they have never tried them on a MG ZST, I was told to try them and if they don't fit, they would look after me.
I did try them and have been told to return them, I have to pay to return them for a refund.
I was going to get some other products, but I will never purchase or recommend this company.

Purchased Sharkskin Chill Proof sleeveless Women's Vest size 22.
I am 185cm, curvy woman and Sharkskin the only company that made sizes over 16. Have swum 5klm in it, mid winter, only had it a week. Warm, comfortable, room for arms to move, long body. Chlorine friendly. I have mixed sizes so chose one size higher, fits well, shaped for women and has colour panels. Prompt. Made in 🇦🇺 by Aussies. Highly recommend Sharkskin Swim/Dive wear.

I inquired on Saturday about sharkskin seat covers for my new car as I have a staffy (my best friend) and wanted to protect the cloth trim from his hair as it’s extremely hard to vacuum off, I spent 3-4 days reviewing seat covers and finally settled on Sharkskin, based purely on quality.

I made several further inquiries to sharkskin and to my surprise they were all answered within hours, on Monday I placed my order and got 20% off so I was very happy, I did read the negative reviews on here however I had faith in the research I had done and in the replies I’d received to all questions.

I received my seat covers today and promptly took them to a local seat cover maker who’d agreed to fit them for me, I didn’t think with current knee issues I’d be able to do it on my own, he did a great job and fitted them perfectly, I would not have been able to do that.

I’m very happy with the fit, the added comfort & the protection for my seats in my new car, I’m glad I went with my gut and purchased as I was nearly put off my 2 negative reviews on here, fortunately I went ahead and the covers look fantastic, previously I’d purchased neoprene covers for a new Golf from supertrim and had nothing but problems including stitching unraveling and the covers sagging.

Sharkskin.au car seat covers. Poor Quality Product. Neoprene material is thin and rips easily. Front seat covers bottom section won't stay straight when getting into or out of vehicle. Contacted customer help to try rectify problem and they are unhelpful. These are not high quality seat covers as advertised.

I wish I knew how bad these reviews were before I bought these car seat covers.. but I read the reviews on their site, which was a big mistake.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This mob are a scam company. They say they give 24/7 support, well that's a straighout lie.
They were supposed to send covers for my particular car, which they say that they cater specifically for... There is lie number 2. The product is completely unrelated to my vehicle.
There are almost no instructions and the whole process was really stressful.
Keep well away from this company and their partner company, which is called My Car.
A really bad experience in every way.
Also, the covers were grotty and poor quality neoprene.

Easy to order online. Sizing was very accurate. Shoes fit perfectly. Very quick delivery. Only 4 days to New Zealand.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A SCAM. Ordered shoes in May, still nothing in August, when I e-mailed to find out where by order was, got a very abrupt e-mail back stating they are short staffed and I could have another pair in another colour... If Id wanted the other colour I would've ordered them... Really bad customer service, not helpful, rude and slow

Horrible, i have to fix the seat covers everyday just bad wouldn’t recommend waste of money

People should note this is the website for Sharkskin the water activity gear, not the car seat covers. I have purchased on two separate occasions and both times it was speedy delivery. The vests are amazing for Diving under your wetsuit, as they provide the equivalent of wearing 3-5mm of extra neoprene but with out the additional buoyancy. So no need to wear extra weights. Keeps me toasty!

I ordered a full set of covers for my Ford Ranger 2023 and ther rear seat cover has a hole in the wrong position for the centre seat belt. I asked them on the open Face Book Forum and they said to contsact them directly to have this fixed. I did this and was told they were waiting on the next shipment to come in and would replace them. Its now been 4 months and they are now ignoring me and have removed my car from their compatibility list. And hey they do stain! Russ Mornington Vic

Ordered a month ago. Confirmation from sharkskin said they would notify me when it was dispatched and estimated 2-7 working days. No word from them since. Is this company legit?

I so wish I read the reviews before purchasing. I needed to exchange a pair of water shoes for a different size. I was advised to return the pair I had bought which they would refund, and then order the correct size. This was almost 2 months ago. I have sent multiple emails, with no response. I have not been refunded, nor have I received any order information regarding the second pair I bought. Such a shame! I am now out of pocket for two pairs of shoes, none of which I have! Seems like a scam.

Update: 27/02/24
Sharkskin called me today (I didn't get the name of the lady who called, but she was very friendly and apologetic), I have been refunded for the returned pair and my shoes will be sent out soon. Which is a huge relief! It was good of them to call and give me this update personally.

Should have read the reviews first before wasting my hard earned. Ordered and after a month still waiting. Sent email and no response. I am not confident that I will be seeing my goods or a refund soon.

BIG on selling, small on delivery. It takes forever to get what you paid for and then you get the excuses why you haven't received it yet. This is the second time this has happened and I'm not sure why I was stupid enough to go back to them!!! Lesson learnt. The product is pretty good but whoever is running the company should have a good look at themselves.
I ordered another pair of shoes from another company and had them in 3 days. It has now been over 3 weeks from Sharkskin and still waiting. Lift your game!!!
