Placed an order of about 10 prints. Half of them were not the size that was ordered - they all came about an inch too long in both directions. Customer service didn't want to hear it - they bounced between insinuating that I was lying and suggesting I had measured wrong. I had to send pictures multiple times proving that I had measured the prints with a tape measure showing they had sent the wrong size, before they finally believed me. They begrudgingly shipped a replacement order to correct their mistake, and this replacement order had the exact same issue. Complete waste of time and money.

We utilize sharp prints often and am always please with the speed and quality.

the prints are good, the prices are great, but the cost of doing business with them is highly inflated by the fact you can only upload 1-2 prints at a time, and they will not stay in the cart no matter what!So the problem is not in the darkroom, but rather in the WEB page, which could not be mor tedious to navigate.

I received quality prints for my business, they look professional and fabulous. I'm now a return customer and my own customers are very pleased. I only ordered a small amount to check quality and am so pleased that I'm back for more. PLUS, they have great prices. Thank you!
