Good product, good prices and excellent service, would definitely recommend them.

After a bad experience with another business and a job left incomplete, I contacted Shaw Stairs. Who provided excellent service with integrity, excellent communication, are trustworthy and proactive.

Fantastic service and excellent quality products, we couldn’t ask for anything more. I had made a mistake with what I ordered and they got me my products the next day so that it didn’t hold up the job, absolutely the best service

Delivered materials on time there was a small defect in matching handrails This was quickly sorted and the rails were exchanged with little delay. Requested a bespoke matching newel cap which was not standard this was manufactured and delivered Great service

We have just had the oak stair handrail components from Shaw stairs installed by a joiner. He measured up and told us what items to order online.
The finished job looks superb, better than we envisaged. We are very pleased.

Writing this review as I am very impressed with the service and products I have bought from this company. Recently just fitted a Solutions Stair Kit and new newels, spindles, etc. Excellent Quality.

I had inadvertently bought too many items and Shaw Stairs sorted out the return and refund of these items.

I do not normally do any reviews -however my experience with Chris Shaw/Shaw Stairs deserves reporting.
I ordered newell posts, handrails and bannisters. Went to have them fitted a month later and realised that they were not the size I needed to fit it with others. They were very helpful and with no fuss they remade them all in custom sizes within a very tight time frame and then took the original order back for a refund. An absolute pleasure to deal with and the products are very well made. How refreshing to deal with a company like this in this day and age. Highly recommended with great product. Thank you Shaw Stairs.

Recently bought a Solutions stairs refurb kit to replace my old bannisters and spindles ordering was simple and arrived a few days later we’ll and truly wrapped and secure

I would not hesitate to recommend this company, our order was caught up in COVID lockdown. Despatched quickly on reopening, quality product and first class service, small problem sorted immediately. I have been renovating a barn and have dealt with a LOT of companies, this company is definitely one of the best.

Purchased a banister set, which was delivered on time. Quality of the product was excellent. and installed very easily. One slight issue was one of the parts was missing, which I didn't think was an issue and emailed Shaw asking how I could get the missing part. This was resolved quickly.

The website has plenty of choice, but easy to use. We ordered new hand rails and fixings, which were delivered well packaged and on time, for a very reasonable price. Hall now finished and very pleased with results.
Good customer service, too, with fast responses to any queries.
