Complete scam, as far as I can tell will only steal your money, have obscure rules about betting when you have received a bonus, and was told I have forfeited all my deposit (they are thieves) because I apparently did not read all of the page or more of small print prior to receiving a bonus. Do not give these people a cent, they are a website of offshore thieves designed to burn eager gamblers not aware of their thievery. I hope you read this before you give them a cent.

If I could give NEGATIVE 100 stars, I would. This site is, like most others (aside from their shills) have pointed out, a SCAM.

You CANNOT play MOST of the games on their site if you have an active bonus. I spent 30 minutes talking with "support" who claims that he doesn't have ANY INFORMATION in regards to which games can or can't be played. There's no way to sort/filter games by provider either. His solution to me in regards to figuring out which games could or couldn't be played? "click on each one and figure it out yourself." LMAO .... the only error you would get is a red box saying "something went wrong" and wouldn't load that particular game at all.

The impression that I got from this guy is that the information that is public...well, they're treating it as if it's top f'ing secret.

Asked to speak with a manager or 2nd/3rd level support (yea right like they'd have that), and was flat out told "the manager cannot assist you currently."

that's when I turned on full blown Karen mode and told him to f off and they're running a scam, etc. I just wish I would have read reviews before I even wasted my time with this site. Would have saved me so much trouble and elevated BP. lol

I did however find out that the $100 minimum withdrawal is true, and you have to deposit money to get money. I've seen this before, but in the late 90's/early 2000s, well before crypto was so mainstream. There's no reason a casino cannot process instant withdrawals in this day and age when a crypto withdrawal is requested. credit cards/bank wires? sure that's a good reason for the delay but not crypto.

and for the record, I was in mid bonus actually enjoying the few games I did get to work and had my balance up to $60 and cruising to complete the wagering requirements, but then thankfully this BS happened and saved me more elevated BP in the future once I was able to grind out the wagering requirements and ATTEMPT to cash out. I definitely will never use that site again, and they can go to h*ll for all I care. I wash my hands of them. I sure hope someone from their company reads this. They give you free money to play with and if you win, you can only withdraw $50, which is fine, but their minimum withdrawal is $100, so you have to deposit $50 of your own money and then meet more playthrough requirements and they won't look at your verification documents until you make that deposit! I'm smelling scam all over

Biggest scam casino around, do NOT play they take more out of your account then they say they do and little to no wins not even sure if you can make withdrawls if you were to win but the withdrawls definitely take longer than a few days or weeks to deposit, sites like chumba, funzpoints, luckyland slots all work! Even tho when I tried to go through their support chat to delete my account they were making me jump through hoops just to delete my account! 😅 most likely after reading my review of their shat scam website they put my cancelation request through without a problem 🤣

It’s a scam, they won’t let you withdraw till you provide all of your info with your private info, then you might get fraud the next day, then they gonna ask you for the info again if you are still winning, but they will get on it right away if you lost all of your money, and they payout is so bad, 10x win bonus and take over 300 spins for one bonus, don’t bother bro, save yourself money and time

Absolute bull, I had to wait a week for them to accuse me of cheating and saying that I had to forfeit my winnings, after several emails and 3 weeks later they say oh we made a mistake and put if back into the gaming account. Now I have to wait all over again for them to decide for a week if I can withdraw it again. Complete garbage, customer service is anything but and rude, i will never play at this casino again!!!!!

Terrible! Complete SCAM.

I played through my welcome bonus with max cash out of $50. But when I asked how do I withdraw it, I was told that I must make at least $50 deposit, then I have to wager my deposit at least once, and if I lose it oh well... but if I win anything from that deposit, my maximum cashout will be calculated as $50(bonus money) + $50(deposited money), making it $100 in total. EVEN IF I WIN FROM MY DEPOSIT.

Basically, I have to risk my $50, hope that I don't lose it, but if I do, the only way for me to withdraw the money if I can get back up to $100.

Absolutely unacceptable, to make me risk my money in order to withdraw the winnings from the welcome promo!

Yes they actually DO follow through with withdrawals. However…

—if withdrawing crypto, their daily limit is NOT $2000, it’s $500.

—you can only have one pending request at a time

—approval takes 7-10 days.

*FURTHERMORE* — and this is the part they don’t tell you — the casino reserves the right to SPLIT UP your (already limited) withdrawal AS THEY SEE FIT. Meaning they will give you $300 of that $500, and put the other $200 back into your account. Now you can withdraw that $200 if you wish, but you have to go through the whole process of waiting 7-10 days for approval again. And who’s to say they won’t just split it up again???

This is a tactic they use so that the remainder of your initial withdrawal stays behind so you give into temptation and play it down. And I’m sure it is the reasoning behind splitting it up too. They probably crank down the RTP for your account so that this is achieved swiftly.

Oh and on top of that, after you win say, $1100 but only get $290 because of all the splitting and waiting and because your impatience gets the best of you so you play jt down to zero, they also reserve the right to limit your promotional privileges to match bonuses “based on your gaming activity” because depositing several hundred dollars and then losing most of it back to the casino isn’t satisfactory enough.
