I have e purchased a number of fixtures from Shehds and have had a great experience. I had one hiccup with one and was sent a replacement part promptly. Shipping was faster than expected. My first set of movers has held up well since purchasing in November of '21. 🤘

Amazing lighting from Shehds!

I recently stocked up on a variety of fixtures from Shehds Lighting and I’m thoroughly impressed. Here’s what I got and my experience:

Moving head beams: 7R, 10R, 14R, and 17R
Moving head washes: 36x18 and 19x15
Cold spark machines

Shipping was incredibly fast, and all items arrived in perfect condition. The lights themselves are amazing—reliable, bright, and feature-packed, with great value for the price. I’ve had zero issues so far, which is awesome.

Shoutout to Eric for the outstanding customer service—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to work with a company that prioritizes the customer experience.

Given their budget-friendly pricing and reliable products, I’m already looking forward to getting more lights soon. The fast delivery across the United States is a big plus, thanks to their east and west coast warehouses.

Everything fine for Now

Easy order, great price, good delivery time.

Overall, I’ve only had two defective items out of four ordered from this company. I purchased:

2 × LED Beam 8x12W RGBW Moving Head Lights (for wedding/DJ use)

2 × LED Moving Head 19x15W RGBW Wash/Zoom Stage Lights (for church/theater)

The issue was with one of the 19x15W units, which arrived with a large crack in the plastic casing and a non-functional sound mode.

Customer support was excellent. After sending a few photos and explaining the issue, they responded quickly. Within a day or two, they had arranged for new parts to be shipped directly from the factory.

Edit 23/07/2025: After working with all four boards that they sent and troubleshooting the lights / checking for continuity and voltage on each of the DMX rails and connectors. I finally found the fault. It turned out that on both my controllers the DMX side stopped functioning correctly. A factory reset on both controllers fixed the issue.

To summarise this company and product - The customer support from them is brilliant / you can't fault them on that. The products are good when they work.

Most of my large order arrived much more quickly than I thought it would. One item came with one feature not working and they were able to send me a replacement after shipping back the broken one, not a 5 star because it is still unclear if I will get my shipping cost returned. I see a lot of negative reviews about similar topics but maybe I am more understanding. For the quality of their lights, I can't imagine their margins are that incredibly high especially when considering shipping costs. They are the quality of Chauvet's professional lineup but yet cheaper than their DJ line. I'll continue to expand my lighting through Shehds.

good stage lights. The 275W Beam mover is very bright and the colors are beautiful. I will buy 4pcs more next month.

Customer service is FIRST CLASS. Great products and quick delivery. Can't wait to purchase more from Nicole and Shelby.

The only thing I did not like was the mounting bracket and lock screws The bracket is thin aluminium and the C clamp 1/2 bolt does not fit so had to drill them all out

I appreciated quick responses from customer service through email communication. I had misspelled my organization's name in the mailing info and requested it be corrected, which customer service took care of for me.

Good producto

I've tried Shehds' lighting brand and liked it. They have a good product portfolio, very well-built, and good quality. I have two 200W beam heads from the GalaxyJet series and two Wallwashers. Shipping took a few weeks, but it arrived very well protected.

The support team was attentive and provided me with the drivers so I could control my lights with the ADJ controller.

I've consistently had great experiences with shehds lights, from moving heads to pars, everything is of great quality and affordable. The lighting possibilities have been greatly expanded with the ability of Water resistant and other new lighting technologies, especially at affordable prices. The team is always very responsive with questions and concerns, and has always addressed them clearly.

Lights were ordered April 19th, from USA warehouse, but only partial order was fulfilled. Took another week for them to even ship the rest of the order. One light failed less than 24 hours after being plugged in. After back and forth late night messages, Shehds refuse to replace the fixture, but offerred to ship me parts. It is now May 21st, over a week from when they "shipped" and they cannot tell me where the parts are or when they will get to me.

Easy purchase. Quick delivery. Really like that your using FedX for the deliveries. Lights were packaged very well and in manageable sizes. No damage or ware on any of my last five shipments. Lastly, I am happy that my orders are being pulled from warehouses here in the US. This absolutely makes for the quick turnarounds.

Our band TIME WARP has partnered with Shehds lighting for some time now utilizing their 18x18 par lights, 19x15 movers, 150W movers, 12x12W movers and 100W movers and have loved every minute of using them in our shows! Shehds is great to work with and ships fast! Would highly recommend them!
