Disappointing Customer Service at Sheike Store
As one of Sheike's loyal customers for so many years, I am now wisely choosing to stop purchasing any clothing from the Sheike products. The unprofessional handling and lack of transparency underscore low customer service standards. My recent experience at Sheike Broadway Store was very disappointing last week. The store could have provided me with accurate information on the spot regarding the exchange purchase, and the head office could locate the purchase record since the Broadway Store unfortunately does not have the record of the receipt, which they should have under my account since I purchased the dress full price from the Broadway Store. Sheike head office could have followed up the same day to communicate with the store, preventing wasted time. The absence of a purchase record at the store was very poor and inconsistent. I did provide evidence of the transaction through my bank account statement, sending this email to the Head office as proof of purchase on the spot. While waiting for more than 1 hour for the head office to respond back with no reply. Despite assurances for an exchange at the Broadway Store with no resolution. There was no reply from the head office for 4 days by email or call back. While calling the head office on Monday, Ellie, the customer service representative from the head office, advised me on the phone that my case was closed without notification since last week. My expectation was simply to receive a prompt response, even if the exchange was not feasible on the day of return or exchange. It was disappointing to be left waiting for a resolution from the head office after being led to believe otherwise at the store. The lack of communication and follow-up was disheartening. The unprofessional handling and lack of transparency underscore low customer service standards. Improvement is definitely needed for better customer service satisfaction...

Poor Quality Clothing
Clothing is clearly very poor quality. I had a skirt and shirt that I only wore 3x and they've balled up badly. I let the team at Sheike know and they told me to try a lint roller :( Love their clothes but if they're such poor quality I certainly wont buy any more off them sadly.

DisappointedRang through to A Sheike store last Friday as I live a 6hr round trip from the closest store to see if they could hold a dress for me to pick up on the Monday for an event on Wednesday. Was told they could only hold the day of which meant that by Monday the only dress in the store in my size could have been sold. They suggested to do a click and collect so I could ensure it would be held for me. I went online to click and collect at that particular store’s website and selected click and collect and the store to collect from and purchased a $259.00 dress. After paying for the dress I received an email saying there was a delay in shipping the item due to high demand. I was shocked to find the click and collect had reverted to shipping (not happy). After ringing the store only to be told they did not have a click and collect order from me I checked the information on the website under shipping, which stated
EXPRESS AU - ORDERS OVER $250 1-2 BUSINESS Free. So the dress should have arrived on the Tuesday. I emailed Sheike, Friday after making the online purchase asking them to change my order to click and collect as I had chosen. They don’t work weekends or after 4pm on Friday. Monday morning I rang Sheike to ask if they had changed my order to click and collect or to cancel and I would drive the 6 hours to get the dress at the store to which I was told the dress had already been dispatched. I waited for the dress in the mail today and nothing, but did receive tracking advice stating, that shipping date was today. Very disappointed. Will be returning the dress when/if it arrives. Update. The dress arrived Friday. Too late for the event. To my disgust, to return the item that was too late to be worn, I was charged a $10.00 processing fee, even though they didn’t tell the truth about when it had been processed in the first place. Will not buy from again.

I came in looking for an outfit for my 25th birthday and she was so attentive, brought me so many different options and was super patient with me finding THE outfit. 11/10 service appreciate it - coming from someone who hates shopping.
ACCC wins every time
I bought an item, wore it once, and washed it as per the washing label. It fell apart at the seams. I had to fight and fight to get a refund. Know your rights as a consumer, and always look to the ACCC for assistance. I was entitled to a refund and should have been offered it right back at the start when I asked for one. DODGY! I'd think twice before shopping at this store.

I visited the store two weeks ago. I decided to buy two items but mentioned to the cashier that I wanted to try them on at home as I had my young daughter with me. She said it would be fine and that I must just bring them back if they are not right.
Less than a week later I went back to return the items. I was told that I could not return one item as it was against the return’s policy. I informed the assistant of my discussion when I purchased the items and she shrugged her shoulders and said it was policy. She showed me the police by printed on the receipt, to which I said I would only know that after buying the product and then pointed to a small sign on the desk. I get that it is their policy but I was told otherwise. I would not have purchased the items if I had known. I feel like I was tricked.

I was a long-time customer, never shopping again. I purchased a dress for an upcoming event, then fell extremely sick and was in hospital for a while, having emergency surgery. As soon as I could drive again I went to return my dress as I missed the even well in hospital and was basically told bad luck to far past the 14 day period and should of communicated with them prior to talk about it. I was a little busy having more important things to worry about in the hospital than email about my return. This whole process has shown me how they could not care about their customers, but not only that, they have no compassion. Extremely disappointing.

What! I received my online purchase item without a tag that says “without this tag, no return” but when I went to return the item the “manager” told me I needed to have that particular tag even though the other tags were still attached. My jacket was clearly never worn! She had to submit a photo to where it was dispatched from. Anyway I walked around Northland for 2 hours and still hadn’t heard from them in regards to what was happening. THE NEXT DAY I got a call with an apology about it not being accepted as it did not have this particular tag attached. Not my fault as I never got one in the first place so now I’m a liar. Very disgusted about this poor service. Mind you it was a $250 jacket. I will never buy anything from this label again. I will endeavor to tell everyone about this as I’m a hairdresser!
